Wonderful experience - will definitely use again Moving our dog from the west coast of US to Europe caused us parents quite a bit of anxiety. Once we engaged with Dog Gone Taxi, that anxiety went away. They quickly provided us all the details of the process as well as advice and recommendations. When the time came to actually send him over, everything went perfectly from the driver who picked him up at home and got him on the plane to the agents in Europe who handled all the customs and import paperwork. The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Very trustworthy and dependable. I was desperate to bring my daughters boxer home from Oregon to West Virginia after her sudden passing. Doggone taxi accepted that challenge on my first call to them. I tried several other services but they didn't answer my call or couldn't take the job for several weeks.
