Indy and Flex to Thailand I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the help and expertise that Ashley Duvall and the rest of the team at Dog Gone Taxi provided. Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Very trustworthy and dependable. I was desperate to bring my daughters boxer home from Oregon to West Virginia after her sudden passing. Doggone taxi accepted that challenge on my first call to them. I tried several other services but they didn't answer my call or couldn't take the job for several weeks. Jennifer contacted me daily and even sent pictures of their progress across the country and made the health and welfare of our boxer her first priority.
