Once we engaged with Dog Gone Taxi, that anxiety went away. They quickly provided us all the details of the process as well as advice and recommendations. When the time came to actually send him over, everything went perfectly from the driver who picked him up at home and got him on the plane to the agents in Europe who handled all the customs and import paperwork. The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.
