Wonderful experience - will definitely use again Moving our dog from the west coast of US to Europe caused us parents quite a bit of anxiety. Once we engaged with Dog Gone Taxi, that anxiety went away. They quickly provided us all the details of the process as well as advice and recommendations. When the time came to actually send him over, everything went perfectly from the driver who picked him up at home and got him on the plane to the agents in Europe who handled all the customs and import paperwork. Without question we will use Dog Gone Taxi again and will happily recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Labrador from USA to Switzerland We recently relocated from Portland OR to Switzerland and have used this company to move our black labrador. I have requested quotes from more than ten companies. They were the quickest to get back to us and also had the best price. Ashley and her colleagues have been amazing with managing all the big steps. I loved how everyone was so responsive during such a stressful move. I was very nervous but Ashley was always able to put me at ease. No matter what time I contacted them they always replied instantly and I always knew what to do next and where my pet was. I highly recommend this company!

The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Thanks for the nice dog transportation… Thanks for the nice dog transportation services provided by Doggonetaxi. My dog has been well taxied from Seattle, United States to Beijing, China safely and on time. The only problem I met in Beijing airport is my name on the Air Transport sheet issued by United and transported together with my dog is misspelled. It is suggested United Airlines should confirm the contents on the sheet with dog owner in its PetSafe Service process. Thanks for Doggonetaxi’s great job once again.

Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.
