Amazing Service!!! I called around to multiple pet transportation companies, even one sponsored by my company for my move to Germany, and Dog Gone Taxi was who we chose. They were the most responsive out of all companies, and they worked with my very short timeline as well as my needs. Dog Gone Taxi is priced very competitively and better than competition because they customize services. Other companies refused to allow me handle the arrival of my pets so they could up-charge me. Others tried to tell me that they couldn’t book flights until over a month away. In the end, other services were $2k-4k more expensive. The team at Dog Gone Taxi kept us completely informed the entire time and even sent pics of my pets lounging in their offices like they were family. My dog has been well taxied from Seattle, United States to Beijing, China safely and on time. The only problem I met in Beijing airport is my name on the Air Transport sheet issued by United and transported together with my dog is misspelled. It is suggested United Airlines should confirm the contents on the sheet with dog owner in its PetSafe Service process. Thanks for Doggonetaxi’s great job once again.

Wonderful experience - will definitely use again Moving our dog from the west coast of US to Europe caused us parents quite a bit of anxiety. Once we engaged with Dog Gone Taxi, that anxiety went away. They quickly provided us all the details of the process as well as advice and recommendations. When the time came to actually send him over, everything went perfectly from the driver who picked him up at home and got him on the plane to the agents in Europe who handled all the customs and import paperwork.
