Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems.
