Indy and Flex to Thailand I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the help and expertise that Ashley Duvall and the rest of the team at Dog Gone Taxi provided. Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. Thank you Ashley and all that were involved in getting Indy and Flex to Thailand.

Efficient and professional Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. Great work from a great company.

The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Phenomenal I cannot express how incredibly thankful I am for all that Doggonetaxi did in my fur baby's relocation. No other company would fly my 9 1/2 month old Great Dane and I wasn't sure how I was going to get him from Alaska to Colorado. Not only was Doggonetaxi more than willing to help relocate him, but I feel that they went above and beyond to care for and make sure that my pup was comfortable. I also loved the picture updates that I received, as it provided me with reassurance that my Dane was being very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you Doggonetaxi for all that you did! Rebeca was amazing Rebeca was amazing, making our dog's trip happen very quickly and safely. We would use their services again in a heartbeat. Donald, the driver was open, friendly and reassuring. Our trip involved crossing a closed border so was stressful for us until we knew the family on the other side of the border had the dog. Huge thanks to all who made this happen.
