Great Experience This company was nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered every question I had, no matter how simple in a very quick and appropriate manner. Everything was clear and concisely written out for me. I had a horrible experience with the breeder I was dealing with to make a USA/Canada move and even though the puppy didn’t end up working out they made the whole experience that much better. I can’t have enough good to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a transport company.

Phenomenal I cannot express how incredibly thankful I am for all that Doggonetaxi did in my fur baby's relocation. No other company would fly my 9 1/2 month old Great Dane and I wasn't sure how I was going to get him from Alaska to Colorado. Not only was Doggonetaxi more than willing to help relocate him, but I feel that they went above and beyond to care for and make sure that my pup was comfortable. I also loved the picture updates that I received, as it provided me with reassurance that my Dane was being very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you Doggonetaxi for all that you did! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone who asks!

Truly caring and wonderful company. I am in the military and had to attend a school. Doggonetaxi took an impossible situation and made it work for me for wwaayyyy less then other companies quoted me. They took great care of my dogs as well as helped me in every way feel comfortable and secure about their service. Indy and Flex to Thailand I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the help and expertise that Ashley Duvall and the rest of the team at Dog Gone Taxi provided. Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. Thank you Ashley and all that were involved in getting Indy and Flex to Thailand.

Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.
