Good move I recently used Dog Gone Taxi to move my large black lab from Seattle to Ireland. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was very challenging and the team at DogGoneTaxi made the pet part of the move easy and smooth for us. I was expecting mountains of paperwork and forms, but they took care of everything once I got the records from our vet. From the initial booking they were on top of things. When it proved difficult to find a flight (because so few airlines are flying into Ireland) they figured it out, arranged boarding, found a terrific partner on the Irish side to handle customs and deliver our dog to us. The staff who picked up our dog in the US were great. An international move will always be stressful, but choosing Dog Gone Taxi meant that we had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

Great Experience This company was nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered every question I had, no matter how simple in a very quick and appropriate manner. Everything was clear and concisely written out for me. I had a horrible experience with the breeder I was dealing with to make a USA/Canada move and even though the puppy didn’t end up working out they made the whole experience that much better. I can’t have enough good to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a transport company.

Very trustworthy and dependable. I was desperate to bring my daughters boxer home from Oregon to West Virginia after her sudden passing. Doggone taxi accepted that challenge on my first call to them. I tried several other services but they didn't answer my call or couldn't take the job for several weeks. Efficient and professional Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.
