The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Truly caring and wonderful company. I am in the military and had to attend a school. Doggonetaxi took an impossible situation and made it work for me for wwaayyyy less then other companies quoted me. Good move I recently used Dog Gone Taxi to move my large black lab from Seattle to Ireland. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was very challenging and the team at DogGoneTaxi made the pet part of the move easy and smooth for us. I was expecting mountains of paperwork and forms, but they took care of everything once I got the records from our vet. From the initial booking they were on top of things. When it proved difficult to find a flight (because so few airlines are flying into Ireland) they figured it out, arranged boarding, found a terrific partner on the Irish side to handle customs and deliver our dog to us. The staff who picked up our dog in the US were great. An international move will always be stressful, but choosing Dog Gone Taxi meant that we had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.
