Great Experience This company was nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered every question I had, no matter how simple in a very quick and appropriate manner. Everything was clear and concisely written out for me. I had a horrible experience with the breeder I was dealing with to make a USA/Canada move and even though the puppy didn’t end up working out they made the whole experience that much better. I can’t have enough good to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a transport company.

Efficient and professional Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.
