Amazing Service!!! I called around to multiple pet transportation companies, even one sponsored by my company for my move to Germany, and Dog Gone Taxi was who we chose. They were the most responsive out of all companies, and they worked with my very short timeline as well as my needs. Dog Gone Taxi is priced very competitively and better than competition because they customize services. Other companies refused to allow me handle the arrival of my pets so they could up-charge me. Others tried to tell me that they couldn’t book flights until over a month away. In the end, other services were $2k-4k more expensive. The team at Dog Gone Taxi kept us completely informed the entire time and even sent pics of my pets lounging in their offices like they were family. Labrador from USA to Switzerland We recently relocated from Portland OR to Switzerland and have used this company to move our black labrador. I have requested quotes from more than ten companies. They were the quickest to get back to us and also had the best price. Ashley and her colleagues have been amazing with managing all the big steps. I loved how everyone was so responsive during such a stressful move. I was very nervous but Ashley was always able to put me at ease. No matter what time I contacted them they always replied instantly and I always knew what to do next and where my pet was. I highly recommend this company!

Efficient and professional Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.

A Phenomenal Experience moving our cat and Parrot from Houston to dubai My family and I had to move on a short notice from Houston to Dubai. We had a cat and a cockatoo parrot who are integral part of the family. I was lost and confused on who will handle these two species especially that parrots are endangered species… We wanted a one stop shop and wanted to deal with one person who will do a door to door while giving the same love we give to our fur’d and feathered babies… Rebeca was amazing, patient and knew the process in depth and most importantly honest abt what could get delayed or go wrong with the parrot approvals from the USDA. Long story short, we felt very comfortable and knew each step ahead. Our cat was able to be in dubai in less than a month, while our parrot made it to Dubai in a record breaking 3 month (typically can take up to one year) Will definitely be working with DogsGoneTaxi when we move back to Houston for their honesty , 24/7 availability and knowledge.
