A Phenomenal Experience moving our cat and Parrot from Houston to dubai My family and I had to move on a short notice from Houston to Dubai. We had a cat and a cockatoo parrot who are integral part of the family. I was lost and confused on who will handle these two species especially that parrots are endangered species… We wanted a one stop shop and wanted to deal with one person who will do a door to door while giving the same love we give to our fur’d and feathered babies… Rebeca was amazing, patient and knew the process in depth and most importantly honest abt what could get delayed or go wrong with the parrot approvals from the USDA. Long story short, we felt very comfortable and knew each step ahead. Our cat was able to be in dubai in less than a month, while our parrot made it to Dubai in a record breaking 3 month (typically can take up to one year) Will definitely be working with DogsGoneTaxi when we move back to Houston for their honesty , 24/7 availability and knowledge.

The incompetency of a lifetime These people have been nothing but incompetent since the beginning of us working with them. I have never had such a lack of communication and transparency about the process. They messed up the dates that my dogs were supposed to travel and now my dogs are stranded in Germany with incorrect health records and are facing being shipped back to America when I’m leaving for Europe. Do not work with this company.

Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.

Rebeca was amazing Rebeca was amazing, making our dog's trip happen very quickly and safely. We would use their services again in a heartbeat. Donald, the driver was open, friendly and reassuring. Our trip involved crossing a closed border so was stressful for us until we knew the family on the other side of the border had the dog. Huge thanks to all who made this happen.

Phenomenal I cannot express how incredibly thankful I am for all that Doggonetaxi did in my fur baby's relocation. No other company would fly my 9 1/2 month old Great Dane and I wasn't sure how I was going to get him from Alaska to Colorado. Not only was Doggonetaxi more than willing to help relocate him, but I feel that they went above and beyond to care for and make sure that my pup was comfortable. I also loved the picture updates that I received, as it provided me with reassurance that my Dane was being very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you Doggonetaxi for all that you did!
