Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. The paperwork , including health check , and duty checks is very strictly under this COVID-19 particular circumstances. My dog has been well taxied from Seattle, United States to Beijing, China safely and on time. The only problem I met in Beijing airport is my name on the Air Transport sheet issued by United and transported together with my dog is misspelled. It is suggested United Airlines should confirm the contents on the sheet with dog owner in its PetSafe Service process. Thanks for Doggonetaxi’s great job once again.
