Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. Labrador from USA to Switzerland We recently relocated from Portland OR to Switzerland and have used this company to move our black labrador. I have requested quotes from more than ten companies. They were the quickest to get back to us and also had the best price. Ashley and her colleagues have been amazing with managing all the big steps. Great Experience This company was nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered every question I had, no matter how simple in a very quick and appropriate manner. Everything was clear and concisely written out for me. I had a horrible experience with the breeder I was dealing with to make a USA/Canada move and even though the puppy didn’t end up working out they made the whole experience that much better.
