Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. My dog has been well taxied from Seattle, United States to Beijing, China safely and on time. The only problem I met in Beijing airport is my name on the Air Transport sheet issued by United and transported together with my dog is misspelled.
