Efficient and professional Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. Great work from a great company.

Good move I recently used Dog Gone Taxi to move my large black lab from Seattle to Ireland. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was very challenging and the team at DogGoneTaxi made the pet part of the move easy and smooth for us. I was expecting mountains of paperwork and forms, but they took care of everything once I got the records from our vet. From the initial booking they were on top of things. When it proved difficult to find a flight (because so few airlines are flying into Ireland) they figured it out, arranged boarding, found a terrific partner on the Irish side to handle customs and deliver our dog to us. The staff who picked up our dog in the US were great. An international move will always be stressful, but choosing Dog Gone Taxi meant that we had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.

Truly caring and wonderful company. I am in the military and had to attend a school. Doggonetaxi took an impossible situation and made it work for me for wwaayyyy less then other companies quoted me. They took great care of my dogs as well as helped me in every way feel comfortable and secure about their service. Very trustworthy and dependable. I was desperate to bring my daughters boxer home from Oregon to West Virginia after her sudden passing. Doggone taxi accepted that challenge on my first call to them. I tried several other services but they didn't answer my call or couldn't take the job for several weeks. Jennifer contacted me daily and even sent pictures of their progress across the country and made the health and welfare of our boxer her first priority.
