Good move I recently used Dog Gone Taxi to move my large black lab from Seattle to Ireland. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was very challenging and the team at DogGoneTaxi made the pet part of the move easy and smooth for us. I was expecting mountains of paperwork and forms, but they took care of everything once I got the records from our vet. From the initial booking they were on top of things. When it proved difficult to find a flight (because so few airlines are flying into Ireland) they figured it out, arranged boarding, found a terrific partner on the Irish side to handle customs and deliver our dog to us. The staff who picked up our dog in the US were great. An international move will always be stressful, but choosing Dog Gone Taxi meant that we had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal I cannot express how incredibly thankful I am for all that Doggonetaxi did in my fur baby's relocation. No other company would fly my 9 1/2 month old Great Dane and I wasn't sure how I was going to get him from Alaska to Colorado. Not only was Doggonetaxi more than willing to help relocate him, but I feel that they went above and beyond to care for and make sure that my pup was comfortable. I also loved the picture updates that I received, as it provided me with reassurance that my Dane was being very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you Doggonetaxi for all that you did! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone who asks!

Don't waste your money. Do it yourself. It's easy. Read the regulations yourself. I was looking to have less stress on my hands but the stress started at first email follow up from them. I got confused because they sent me the wrong forms ! And the wrong information ! OMG ! Good thing I knew better and did my research prior to contacting them. Its a waste of money. Not as hard as you think. Make time to get your pet health certificate and necessary rabies shots. It's time sensitive, that's all. Make extra time for transport just like any travel plans. Update: After I posted this review, Now they have responded with a email with a an angry tone. I was honest about my review. Absolutely not worth it.

Wonderful experience - will definitely use again Moving our dog from the west coast of US to Europe caused us parents quite a bit of anxiety. Once we engaged with Dog Gone Taxi, that anxiety went away. They quickly provided us all the details of the process as well as advice and recommendations. When the time came to actually send him over, everything went perfectly from the driver who picked him up at home and got him on the plane to the agents in Europe who handled all the customs and import paperwork. Without question we will use Dog Gone Taxi again and will happily recommend them to friends and colleagues.
