Ashley was always willing to answer my questions about anything that popped into my head pertaining to our dog’s move, as well as provided a quick response. Our dogs mean so much to our family and we wanted the best experience for them in their move to Thailand from the US. We definitely felt they got that and arrived safely without any problems. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. Good move I recently used Dog Gone Taxi to move my large black lab from Seattle to Ireland. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was very challenging and the team at DogGoneTaxi made the pet part of the move easy and smooth for us. I was expecting mountains of paperwork and forms, but they took care of everything once I got the records from our vet. From the initial booking they were on top of things. When it proved difficult to find a flight (because so few airlines are flying into Ireland) they figured it out, arranged boarding, found a terrific partner on the Irish side to handle customs and deliver our dog to us. The staff who picked up our dog in the US were great. An international move will always be stressful, but choosing Dog Gone Taxi meant that we had one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.
