Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

Delivery window too big They give themselves a 12 hour delivery window so don't always expect the meals to be delivered at a decent time on the day they are supposed to arrive. Food is good.

Always delivered reliably with care Always delivered reliably with care, respect, safely and on time. The meals have all been easy to prepare, tasty and made nearly to perfection! The prices are fair and reasonable.
