Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

Worse delivery ever. Left it on the streets for anyone to grab I got confused with a different delivery. Your delivery was the worse delivery ever. As you can see in the picture , they left the package on the street where everybody walks and grabs it. I always order Nespresso and they leave it at my apartment. Careless delivery ever!!!
