Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

As long as delivery drivers follow… As long as delivery drivers follow instructions, use call box dial 9 22 and front door deliver it will be a 10 star rating . Driver called me that call box pad not working, told her to dial 9 22 in the callbox and it work! Got inside and delivered to my unit front door. Happy me and no complaints and rated experience 5 stars. Bottom line is : read and follow instructions and will be looking forward to next week good delivery.

I have been wanting to tip my driver… since the 14th I have been wanting to tip my driver for a couple of weeks. There used to be a link, I thought. I have tried several things several times. Please help. Also on the photo it shouldn’t be either/or, ideally. The box needs to be delivered inside (high priority), ;this is the photo on the left. The photo on the right, the outside door, is somewhat distinctive and would be helpful to the driver to ID the address from the street. I gave you one star bc I am having trouble speaking/navigating with ease.
