Professional company all around This was a first time and it went exceedingly well. The site is easy to use, and the support system works very well, answering all questions quickly and informatively. There was a bit of a delay once the host had received the goods. We didn't receive the shipping costs as quickly as we had thought, but once the cost did arrive, and was paid for, the goods were shipped and arrived withing the expected time. We will definitely be using Shippin in the future. Thank you.

Thought it was a ascam at first but then they come up with the goods, but would be wary! I thought Surely a scam as I used buy for me function. Took a week for them to decide to respond and progress the order. the shipping fees displayed when booking to buy for me reflect not the end result. I would say their business model relies on people cancelling orders as they have taken so long to respond and there fee you have to agree is non refundable. I wrote a negative review on here after a week and then things started to move. I did get my product 3 weeks later. So would be no good if you wanted something from eBay through them for example I eventually ended up with a decent partner Bert on there, he sorted everything quick once Shipnn has sorted themselves out. Better companies out there offering same service as I looked into others during the week it took for Shipnn to respond. I wouldn't use again. I tried to use the discount code they give me, needless to say that never worked either.

A++ Service! I've used Shippn a few times now and they continue to be great to work with. Point person response time is generally within just a few hrs, which is impressive as I've made purchases in a time zone 6hrs ahead of me. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Shippin again and recommend them warmly.
