Thought it was a ascam at first but then they come up with the goods, but would be wary! I thought Surely a scam as I used buy for me function. Took a week for them to decide to respond and progress the order. the shipping fees displayed when booking to buy for me reflect not the end result. I would say their business model relies on people cancelling orders as they have taken so long to respond and there fee you have to agree is non refundable. I wrote a negative review on here after a week and then things started to move. I did get my product 3 weeks later. So would be no good if you wanted something from eBay through them for example I eventually ended up with a decent partner Bert on there, he sorted everything quick once Shipnn has sorted themselves out. Better companies out there offering same service as I looked into others during the week it took for Shipnn to respond. I wouldn't use again. I tried to use the discount code they give me, needless to say that never worked either.
