I found a vintage sweater from 2007 in excellent condition for a great price on Kleinanziegen in Berlin, Germany. Since I'm in the US I was unable to build an account and purchase. I found MyGermany.com and used their service but there was no communication for 2 weeks and I reached out and they said the seller was non-responsive. So then I decided to try Shippn.com even though there were mixed reviews which I don't know why because they are great. They made extra effort to reach the seller who was on vacation, picked up the item, and shipped it to me within 2 weeks. Item is in awesome condition and the priced I paid for the concierge buy for me service and shipping to me from Germany was less than the price of a brand new sweater. I have no hesitation in recommending this great company with great customer service. Yes they are legit!

Very satisfied Received the exact goods (shirt) I asked for and within a week over Easter. Trustworthy ! Postage is pricey but you expect that for airfreight and immediate delivery! Overall very satisfied with the service and excellent work of my host! Thankyou and will use again.

Very pleased with item ordered, it came in a timely manner and they kept in great communication with me. My host was fabulous. I really love this company because I can buy items that are super hard to get here and I trust them to follow through with delivery to me!

First time nervous user, no need to worry! I'd never heard of Shippn before, but it makes sense that services like this exist after Brexit. I needed an Amazon order from Germany to the UK (a total of £200GBP including the additional postage, so enough to be nervous if I didn't receive anything for it!). Decided to take the plunge hoping for the best, and I wasn't disappointed. My Amazon order was delivered to my host in normal Amazon time (1-2 days), the host immediately notified me and sent photos, and postage payment was requested. It was sent by courier the same day, and received 4 days later including the weekend! For anyone nervous about using a new service, I can say with confidence that it's a legit service and based on my one interaction it was flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
