JPShipping from USA to Japan I have successfully made two Shippn transaction from USA to Japan. However it is important to remark that there is a learning curve for both customers and Shippn service. As Shippn concerns, it is understandable that they will not know in detail all the credit card payment processes for all the countries they are working with. That is why I believe, in my first transaction I have some difficulties to prove them how the product I have purchased, it was already deducted from my credit card balance, which by the way is written Japanese , of course. Thankfully, with a series of pdf documents describing in detail the Shippn inquires, I was able to receive my order. Shipping cost was good, and host service (Will) was superb. On the second Shippn transaction, things were much smoother and fast. I have noticed and improvement on customer support with less robotics messages and more professional personalized emails. In conclusion, despite of my initial issues, I will continue to use the Shippn service because I perceived a real commitment to customer service improvement. Best Regards

GBGaming mouse from Germany to the UK Ordered a gaming mouse from a Swedish website for shipping to the UK. My choice actually sold out before my order completed, so Shippn asked for an alternate website to purchase from or if I wanted a refund. I gave them a German website that was showing stock, and they updated my order, and with good comms from their support team, everything went through, and I got my mouse today. Thanks.

GBI have used Shippin many times and have… I have used Shippin many times and have had fantastic service every time. They are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Very pleased with item ordered, it came in a timely manner and they kept in great communication with me. My host was fabulous.
