Fast, affordable, and convenient. Find Storage Fast helped us find the storage we needed in less than 10 minutes, tried looking at other places but we were just getting ripped off. As a college student I'm glad we found a service where we could compare prices and location in one spot.

Good start It's a great start, I did find alot of storage places that weren't on your list that also offered good deals. I like that you offered discounts for using your services even though the storage place that I reserved didn't gain me any discounts. Helpful app

The owners bent over backwards to work… The owners bent over backwards to work with us. First, I hadn't realized the office hours and arrived with our 20' Uhaul to find the office closed. I called and they came back and opened up so that we were able to get our unit. (And they had to drive 20 min. to get there.) Second, when we discovered our original size unit wasn't large enough they were able to accommodate us. Third, after we discovered the swing door used too much space they were able to let us change units AND had to make another trip back. Very personable and easy to deal with.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Tabitha @ the 30 North West St Mt Vernon, NY was very pleasant. I had a great experience. She took the time to carefully explain all my rights and privileges of having the unit. She answered any questions I may have had and made sure I understood the process. Also, it was a quick process to show the unit - lot of ease no bunch of staircases. So grateful for that! No too far in from the street. Easily accessible from all angles. I would recommend this storage place - off course the price was right after shopping around for approx. 4 hrs. They were able to accommodate me.
