UAT did what they said they would. What more could you want? UAT communicated well with me when they picked up my car in Florida. They also let me know how things were going as they transported the car across the Country, and the driver remained available by his cell-phone if I had questions. He called me the day before delivery, then with an hour of warning prior to his arrival. He delivered the car to me undamaged and well documented. All of this was done for one of the lowest prices available on UBID. What more could anyone ask for??

GREAT COMMUNICATION!! GREAT SERVICE!! I had my 2016 Chevrolet Camaro shipped from NC to TX. They picked up the car Monday and I recieved on Wednesday afternoon. Yes, delivery was quick, pickup was as stated It was quick pickup and delivery. However, I was told the car would be picked up with a hard sided enclosed trailer and it turned out to be soft sided. I read the soft sided trailers are like open transports as far as still exposing the cars to the elements when the weather is bad. Would have preferred what was agreed upon because I did stipulate a hard sided enclosed trailer.

Definitely Recommend This was my first time ever shipping my car & I will definitely be using this company again! I shipped from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA and it wasn't supposed to take at least 5 days, my car made it there safe and sound in TWO DAYS!! I couldn't believe it! The shipper was so kind and kept great communication, I was able to ship my car with stuff packed in the trunk and on the back seat floors and everything was perfect. No additional miles were placed on my car either. It was a superb experience and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ULTRA AUTO TRANSPORT! Customer service was great from beginning to end, each person I dealt with was nice and patient. I really think this company is great!
