Very happy with service, location and experienced employees Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. Stor-All Convenient location situated right on the bus line. I wish they offered covered storage for oversize vehicles such as motorhomes. I would willingly pay double what I am paying now if they offered this service. I wish someone would sweep away some of the debris that is littering the outside storage area.

office management since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)
