Stor-All Convenient location situated right on the bus line. I wish they offered covered storage for oversize vehicles such as motorhomes. I would willingly pay double what I am paying now if they offered this service. I wish someone would sweep away some of the debris that is littering the outside storage area.

Customer Service My husband and I travel a great deal with his job and Stor-All has been tremendous in taking care of our storage needs while we are out of country and moving around. They are always gracious and timely in dealing with any issues as they arise.

office management since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)

Great treatment by Staff The Staff at the E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio StorAll is excellent in customer relations. I especially appreciate the "heads up" when I may otherwise forget to pay my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.
