The finest storage facility I've ever used! I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.

office management since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)

Highly recommend Reynoldsburg facility… I had a bad experience at a storage facility down the street from the Reynoldsburg facility. I went in and the manager Abbi was very helpful in helping me get the right size I needed. She also reassured me what happened down the street would not happen at this facility. The unit was cheaper then down the street as well. I would highly recommend this facility and Abbi.

Needs to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

So nice Moving is always stressful but the people at Storall on Snouffer were so helpful, (especially the manager, Donovan), that it helped make the move less tiresome. The free use of the truck was an added bonus. Use them for your next storage experience, you won't regret it.
