GBVery happy with service, location and experienced employees Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. I have gone from a larger unit down to a smaller one as needed and they have worked to accommodate all my needs. I would highly recommend their business to anyone in need of there services.

GBNeeds to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

GBThe finest storage facility I've ever used! I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.

GBTricky... I had a great unit, easy enrollment in auto draft for my payments. I took stars off because they raised my rent $10 right after I signed up, also, I referred my mom & never got my credits so that was a sketchy promotion & the move out was nearly disasterous, be careful with that move out date, the 10 day notice means nothing, they tried to charge me for the following month even though I asked within the given time frame not to renew my auto draft & had my unit cleaned out 3 days before the 1st. I did get my money back by calling the corporate office. They're the cheapest around & act like it too.

GBoffice management since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)
