Very happy with service, location and experienced employees Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. Poorest Customer Service Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday. He lacked customer service. I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia
