Great treatment by Staff The Staff at the E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio StorAll is excellent in customer relations. I especially appreciate the "heads up" when I may otherwise forget to pay my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Extremely Clean I live close to this storage facility but for some reason on researching storage facilities I never considered this one. One day I stopped and my positive experience started with the young gentlemen at the front desk. Jared was very professional and was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. I wanted a climate control unit. When Jared took me on a tour of their storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. With the climate control you had a garage area with a dock. What a security feature to know you could close a garage door and feel safer. If you go to the Westerville StorAll facility make sure you get waited on by Jared!
