GBPoorest Customer Service Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday. He lacked customer service. I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia

GBStor-All Convenient location situated right on the bus line. I wish they offered covered storage for oversize vehicles such as motorhomes. I would willingly pay double what I am paying now if they offered this service. I wish someone would sweep away some of the debris that is littering the outside storage area.

GBIt has been okay, but ... Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.

GBNeeds to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!
