Needs to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

Customer Service My husband and I travel a great deal with his job and Stor-All has been tremendous in taking care of our storage needs while we are out of country and moving around. They are always gracious and timely in dealing with any issues as they arise.

Great treatment by Staff The Staff at the E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio StorAll is excellent in customer relations. I especially appreciate the "heads up" when I may otherwise forget to pay my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.
