It has been okay, but ... Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.

Poorest Customer Service Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday. He lacked customer service. I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia

Tricky... I had a great unit, easy enrollment in auto draft for my payments. I took stars off because they raised my rent $10 right after I signed up, also, I referred my mom & never got my credits so that was a sketchy promotion & the move out was nearly disasterous, be careful with that move out date, the 10 day notice means nothing, they tried to charge me for the following month even though I asked within the given time frame not to renew my auto draft & had my unit cleaned out 3 days before the 1st. I did get my money back by calling the corporate office. They're the cheapest around & act like it too.

Extremely Clean I live close to this storage facility but for some reason on researching storage facilities I never considered this one. One day I stopped and my positive experience started with the young gentlemen at the front desk. Jared was very professional and was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. I wanted a climate control unit. When Jared took me on a tour of their storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. With the climate control you had a garage area with a dock. What a security feature to know you could close a garage door and feel safer. If you go to the Westerville StorAll facility make sure you get waited on by Jared! Great experience! When I was searching for a storage unit, I checked out a couple of places. Stor-All self storage was no doubt the best one I had found. The man helping me was so kind and helpful. The unit was just the perfect size and the price was just right. Moving my belongings into storage was so easy with the free truck and easily accessible unit. I highly recommend this storage unit to everyone and am lucky I found people I could trust with my belongings.
