Tricky... I had a great unit, easy enrollment in auto draft for my payments. I took stars off because they raised my rent $10 right after I signed up, also, I referred my mom & never got my credits so that was a sketchy promotion & the move out was nearly disasterous, be careful with that move out date, the 10 day notice means nothing, they tried to charge me for the following month even though I asked within the given time frame not to renew my auto draft & had my unit cleaned out 3 days before the 1st. I did get my money back by calling the corporate office. They're the cheapest around & act like it too.

Great experience! When I was searching for a storage unit, I checked out a couple of places. Stor-All self storage was no doubt the best one I had found. The man helping me was so kind and helpful. The unit was just the perfect size and the price was just right. Moving my belongings into storage was so easy with the free truck and easily accessible unit. I highly recommend this storage unit to everyone and am lucky I found people I could trust with my belongings.

Stor-All Convenient location situated right on the bus line. I wish they offered covered storage for oversize vehicles such as motorhomes. I would willingly pay double what I am paying now if they offered this service. I wish someone would sweep away some of the debris that is littering the outside storage area.

It has been okay, but ... Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.

Very happy with service, location and experienced employees Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. I have gone from a larger unit down to a smaller one as needed and they have worked to accommodate all my needs. I would highly recommend their business to anyone in need of there services.
