GBNeeds to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

GBcustomer service I have had nothing but great customer service from the employees and the Stor-All location on east Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. They are always courteous and always have a smile on their face. Great Job and Kudos to those who work out of this office.

GBExtremely Clean I live close to this storage facility but for some reason on researching storage facilities I never considered this one. One day I stopped and my positive experience started with the young gentlemen at the front desk. Jared was very professional and was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. I wanted a climate control unit. When Jared took me on a tour of their storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was. With the climate control you had a garage area with a dock. What a security feature to know you could close a garage door and feel safer. If you go to the Westerville StorAll facility make sure you get waited on by Jared! Thank You Jared for the great service!

GBprice increases We have used stor-all for over 5 years there facilities are safe and clean and access is always available,But over the last several years we have seen prices increase every year at a substantial rate for the same storage area and service.What are we being charged for we use no electricity or water and have not increased our storage space if this continues we will be forced to go elsewhere.
