The finest storage facility I've ever used! I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.

It has been okay, but ... Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.

price increases We have used stor-all for over 5 years there facilities are safe and clean and access is always available,But over the last several years we have seen prices increase every year at a substantial rate for the same storage area and service.What are we being charged for we use no electricity or water and have not increased our storage space if this continues we will be forced to go elsewhere.

The new manager, Josh, is great to work with. office management since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)
