The finest storage facility I've ever used! I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.

Needs to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

Very happy with service, location and experienced employees Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. I have gone from a larger unit down to a smaller one as needed and they have worked to accommodate all my needs. I would highly recommend their business to anyone in need of there services.

price increases We have used stor-all for over 5 years there facilities are safe and clean and access is always available,But over the last several years we have seen prices increase every year at a substantial rate for the same storage area and service.What are we being charged for we use no electricity or water and have not increased our storage space if this continues we will be forced to go elsewhere.

It has been okay, but ... Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.
