Needs to find a way to VALUE longtime customers The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years. It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club. The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued. Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer. Food-for thought: You sometimes have to spend money to make money!

Poorest Customer Service Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday. He lacked customer service. I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia

customer service I have had nothing but great customer service from the employees and the Stor-All location on east Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. They are always courteous and always have a smile on their face. Great Job and Kudos to those who work out of this office.

The new manager, Josh, is great to work with. The finest storage facility I've ever used! I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.
