GBThere is no clear communication… There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help. After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.

OMShipixy staff they respond to you… Shipixy staff they respond to you quickly and try to help you the most, I was having problem in shipyourcart website to ship 3 parcels, they arrange and call them even though they dont have too! They done this just help me out, thats very nice and kind of them, I respect that Thank you

GBNever even shipped with them, but handled MY mistake like PRO'S! Excellent!!! I bought a shipping label, didn't have to use it, Shipixy cancelled it immediately and refunded my money within a day! I still haven't shipped anything with them, but I'm excited to try them next time I have to ship sumpin!
