GBBad customer service Bad customer service! I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement
