Initially, I had my doubts about what kind of company it was, but as I continued to use it, and even if I faced problems, the quick resolution of those issues increased my trust. I will continue shopping with this company!

3 Orders good but slow, last order they scammed me Unfortunately I can't really confirm that with Alan. As a small business, I have had several shipments sent from the USA to Germany. I have successfully processed 3 orders with forward me. You definitely have to have a lot of patience - it always took 2.5 months for a package to arrive. Now that the business relationship has come to an end, I'm still waiting for a package that I ordered in August! Which was finally processed on October 14th. I then paid for it and then the shipment was canceled. Since then I have no longer received any response to any emails, WhatsApp messages or Instagram messages. In short, the company scammed me out of $2500 worth of products, they just kept it and now they won't contact me anymore. I would be very careful here!

Service is decent overall Service is decent overall, but the cost of shipping is so inflated that it no longer makes sense to use this service. I tracked and compared my last order to one in the year before, with similar weight (6 lbs) from US to Canada and shipping had increased from mid-40$ to 80+$. That was the least expensive option. Not to mention, it's 4 articles of clothing, that I don't think even weight 6 lbs. That came to $111 Canadian to ship 4 small clothing items. That's ridiculously inflated.
