CAService is decent overall Service is decent overall, but the cost of shipping is so inflated that it no longer makes sense to use this service. I tracked and compared my last order to one in the year before, with similar weight (6 lbs) from US to Canada and shipping had increased from mid-40$ to 80+$. That was the least expensive option. Not to mention, it's 4 articles of clothing, that I don't think even weight 6 lbs. That came to $111 Canadian to ship 4 small clothing items. That's ridiculously inflated.

PHGrateful for the amazing customer service Amazing customer service. They never talked down to me and were very helpful in finding alternative couriers just so I could get my package to my cousin's place in the US. Something out of their control had happened and my package couldn't be delivered to my country. The patience and care they showed me, and their friendly tone, eased my worries and my distress.
