Great service Great service. The driver was a great guy, courteous, great communication, and caring for my vehicle. He even delivered a day earlier than scheduled. The price was a bit higher than expected but was still reasonable.

Vehicle damaged and held hostage Our vehicle was damaged in transport through a transport company chosen by Montway, and is being held hostage in various storage yards in LA area with GPS disabled. Montway worked hand in hand with Pacific Auto Transport Inc in vetting, selecting, vouching and then insisting the carrier, not the consumer, had the right to write damages on the bill of lading at delivery, which itself was never given to us to mark damages. Go online and try to find a review of Pacific Transport Inc of Glendale California. None exists we found. There are a lot with similar names in other locations, but nothing with an exact match. So much for Montway's vetting. Montway's site, upon which we relied, is full of deceptive falsehoods such as its careful vetting of shipping carriers, its own insurance carrier information and having the consumer being presented with a bill of lading to mark damages for delivery. We found the principal(s) of the carrier had six a figure fraud lien in addition to tax liens and bankruptcies. In our online searching, we found the fraud lien comes from a situation where the principal set up a fake dental laboratory and he and associates dressed as dental lab technicians to defraud companies into providing financing for a non- existent dental laboratory. They went to the extreme length of wearing white lab coats, medical type shield eyeglasses and pretended to work on tooth molds and conduct dental procedures. The lien in this case has same name and address as carrier principal. Good luck in collecting for damages. The carrier said when confronted with this information "whether true or not." Montway also interfered with a drop off agreement with the carrier by improperly inserting themselves to obtain releases for Montway and statements to muzzle online reviews by us of Montway. Montway continued its deceptive practices with respect to the consumers online review rights by lifting out of context a section from the very federal law allowing consumer to make online reviews

Excellent Experience! Thank you Montway! I am pleased with the moving of my car from New York to Oklahoma. Montway as the broker had my car picked up in a little over two days after the order was placed. The carrier, TimeCrtitical Express and the team drivers, Dmytro and Dmytro (yes, both named Dmytro) who took the move, did an excellent job for me, and were a pleasure to work with. They had my car to me in 36 hours with another stop in route driving 2000 miles with a 2 car enclosed carrier. Driving as a team they rolled quickly and timely. The communication via text and phone with the carrier and the drivers was very good, both with the pick up and myself on the delivery end. They kept me in the loop and I knew what to expect. A good experience overall. I am pleased and appreciative. Thank you Montway, TimeCritical, and the two Dmytro's :) One thing to note that I think can be a bit confusing to some with expectations. Montway is a broker, simply taking orders then waiting to have a carrier take the move of the vehicle that fits within their schedule and needs. It can take some time and may not be immediate as we often wish. This is common in the freight/trucking business whether it is moving freight or vehicles. However, in most cases it works out and ends well as it did for me.

Montway All The Way From beginning to end, our experience with Montway Auto Transport was 5-Star! The arrangements were made a week before our requested pick-up date, but they waited until the transport was dispatched before they charged my credit card. The car was picked up in Oregon and delivered to my home in Texas two days after pick up with no problems at all. Thank you Montway. Great service !!

JMAN's cross country shipment 1) The communication was spot on to what they had indicated they kept me informed throughout the process. 2) Driver came earlier that we had discussed but phoned me hours before he came and again when he got close. 3)Driver was courteous and professional. 4) Car was delivered - across country - in 7 days. They had promised 7-10 days.
