Excellent professional service. I was told by several transport companies that it was impossible to bring my van to a small town in Colorado from a dealer in Pennsylvania. If not impossible that they would charge an exorbitant amount. And they jerked me around for 2 weeks while they “attempted” to find my van a ride. Montway was professional, charged a reasonable amount, and delivered my van to my front door and I live in the boonies. And they had it here in 3 days.

Refused to pay for damage. Transporter damaged my abs braking system on my vehicle, despite photos and mechanic indicating it was due to transport, they refused to pay for the damage roughly $200 despite a total transit bill being 2,000 . They out right denied it saying “we use soft straps only.” Which can still cause damage if improperly secured.

Good Handling of a Change in Transporters They arranging a pick up very quickly, but when that trucker backed out, they worked quickly to find another at the same price and we experienced only a small delay. Communication was good throughout the process.
