I have ordered flowers from Inferflora… I have ordered flowers from Inferflora India on two occasions and both times the ordering process including payment was smooth and uneventful and the quality of the flowers delivered was superlative and so I must congratulate interflora India for their excellent service and have no hesitation recommending them.

A COMPLETELY SCAM A COMPLETELY SCAM. We have ordered an expensive arrange of flower with chocolate to be delivered and after paying for it, they cancelled the order without letting us know. Then they said they would deliver the day before yesterday, which did not happen, then they ASSURED on the email, phone and chat that it would be delivered yesterday by 7pm, which also did not happen - the event we needed the flowers is already gone. We tried to call them to ask for a refund and all numbers on the website, chat, and email are unresponsive and unhelpful. We haven't received the flowers nor the refund yet!!
