INOrdered flowers were not there Ordered flowers were not there. Substituted with poor quality flowers. Box arrangement had the flowers just placed inside. Poorly arranged. Looked like a hurried job.

INLast minute magic by Oliver I had to visit a very important known person in hospital and I completely forgot to order flowers. I took the chance and called interflora on their helpline. I needed the bouquet in one hour which was impossible. But our magician Oliver simply turned around the world and the bouquet reached the hospital gate before me. INTremendous Tremendous. I did 2 orders. - the first order arrived on time, but the flowers were not very fresh, they got spoiled the first day. - the second order was really a bad experience. They called us in the day of the delivery, saying my order was not available, to chose another one. Indeed they delivered it when they wanted, not in the time slot originally chosen. Flowers stayed without water for hours, since I was not at home, and they got spoiled. Tremendous unprofessional behavior.
