I booked this service 7 days in… I booked this service 7 days in advance. They delivered on time, the flowers were fresh and beautiful and are still looking good after 3 days of delivery. It was exactly as shown in the photograph. The message was well written and the experience was hassle free. I didn't have to follow up after booking. Received regular follow up messages.

Interflora is exemplary Interflora is exemplary . My connect with them started with receiving flowers and bouquets through them which I found them exceptionally beautiful . I used them for my own gifting . The number of repeated appreciation , response and the thank you notes I have received for their ‘ luxury collection ‘ , are , at times , embarrassing . It speaks volumes of the backend hard work the design and training teams are doing . Great stuff guys . The actual products delivered are way better than they look in the images .

A COMPLETELY SCAM A COMPLETELY SCAM. We have ordered an expensive arrange of flower with chocolate to be delivered and after paying for it, they cancelled the order without letting us know. Then they said they would deliver the day before yesterday, which did not happen, then they ASSURED on the email, phone and chat that it would be delivered yesterday by 7pm, which also did not happen - the event we needed the flowers is already gone. We tried to call them to ask for a refund and all numbers on the website, chat, and email are unresponsive and unhelpful. We haven't received the flowers nor the refund yet!!

My Favourite Site to send flowers from overseas I have used different sites to send flowers in India from UK but this has been my favourite . I can always trust this site with quality flowers for every occasion . They can be more on the expensive side but looks exactly like the pictures which makes them worth it
