Good, not great. (though the HEs are very good) Our experience with Shipmonk has been rocky. We've been through several account managers since the beginning of our account. The HE's are always very helpful and communicative but if they ever need to bring in a seperate team for help - ops, engineering, etc....communication breaks down pretty quickly. We've had inventory issues in the past. HOWEVER - They get orders out in a timely manner and are willing to help when asked. They try their hardest and again, the HE's have good communication. Through no fault of their own, they don't have a lot of control over other departments communication.

Happy Customers since 2018 We've been customers of Shipmonk since 2018. They've helped us with 2 crowdfund fulfillments, wholesale orders and DTC orders. The system integrates well into our Shopify store and their warehouse software is comprehensive and easy to use. Their customer support is quick and responsive.

ShipMonk is awesome! Shipmonk has been an amazing 1 stop shop for all my shipping and fulfillment needs. The most daunting task was the setup but David Lowthorp is their Onboarding Specialist and he made everything very easy and efficient. He also answered every question with a quick and timely response. I definitely recommend ShipMonk!

RUN AWAY ASAP. Worst partner I've ever dealt with I cannot speak strongly enough about how terrible the partnership with Shipmonk has been. The pitch on automation & tech advantages actually makes the experience much worse. After just 4 months, I could not have been more ready to leave. More hidden fees than you could possibly imagine. Consistently sending our products improperly packaged, showing up to customers damaged, caused countless refunds with no real remedy. ZERO human element to the partnership. They came close to driving my business into the ground within it's first year due to the amount of financial strain that occurred and instead of walking away after severely underperforming on their obligations, they held us to an additional 8 months of contract terms with a monthly minimum payment due. All Around Wonderful Representative Naisha at Shipmonk is a wonderful representative! She is kind, patient, knowledgable, diligent and quick at responding! She always goes the extra mile and is extremely helpful. She is very thorough and always makes sure I understand her responses and is always more than happy to answer any questions I may have. Shipmonk is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee and it is a pleasure to be able to work with her!
