Efficient, professional and Supportive! IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them. When delivery day arrived, their crew was punctual, outprofessional and exceedingly efficient. Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!
