Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!

We booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!

Very Responsive and Informative John from International Movers Network Inc was very responsive, informative and assisted us through every step of the process. Their expertise was evident from the first contact and they got the job done in a very limited time frame.
