Disrespecting and worst staff Worst staff. I had to withdraw my move with this company just before a day because of the staff. Not at all helpful. They lack clarity in their answers for your question. No patience to listen to the customers question completely. They get offended and in fact they are so disrespectful for customer in their language. Definitely the person with whom I had to deal with is so harsh in behaviour, may not be the entire staff.

Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!

All of them help me with lots of enthusiasm and professionalism. Not easy to deal with paperwork and hours to understand customs and all the red tape… they made it possible with a few emails. I receive everything in perfect time and condition in my front door! Outstanding service!
