Disrespecting and worst staff Worst staff. I had to withdraw my move with this company just before a day because of the staff. Not at all helpful. They lack clarity in their answers for your question. No patience to listen to the customers question completely. They get offended and in fact they are so disrespectful for customer in their language. Definitely the person with whom I had to deal with is so harsh in behaviour, may not be the entire staff.

Very Responsive and Informative John from International Movers Network Inc was very responsive, informative and assisted us through every step of the process. Their expertise was evident from the first contact and they got the job done in a very limited time frame. We contacted several companies regarding our move from the USA to Australia and no other company was able to get the ball rolling like these guys. Thanks again, guys.

Efficient, professional and Supportive! IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them. When delivery day arrived, their crew was punctual, outprofessional and exceedingly efficient. Through the experience the Team at IMN (John, Ilana and Gal) were highly responsive and supportive as moving ain't easy. Thank you!

Great shipping company Great shipping company! Everything arrived intact and in good condition. The delivery guys from the initial pick up and final delivery were professional and courteous. No problems at all. I’m very happy with everything and I will definitely use them again.

Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!
