I contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. We booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!
