Their expertise was evident from the first contact and they got the job done in a very limited time frame. I contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. Deceiving and misleading Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!

Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!

More than personalized attention! I am 85 years old, and I needed to move my furniture thousands of miles to a different country. To say I was confused, would be an understatement. This company took complete care and guidance. They actually delivered my belongings within hours of my arrival in that country! I have complete trust in their expertise!
