Very Responsive and Informative John from International Movers Network Inc was very responsive, informative and assisted us through every step of the process. Their expertise was evident from the first contact and they got the job done in a very limited time frame. Efficient, professional and Supportive! IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them. When delivery day arrived, their crew was punctual, outprofessional and exceedingly efficient. Deceiving and misleading Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!
