Deceiving and misleading Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!

We booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!

I contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. International Movers Network handled… International Movers Network handled our move from Pittsburgh, PA, USA to Stockholm, Sweden. This process took 1 year as my visa took forever to arrive. Anyways - they were fast and efficient with packing our items and are shipment was quickly ushered onto a cargo ship. Our items were rapidly shipped and arrived here in Stockholm Sweden and they even arrived to our home a few days ahead of the estimated arrival date. Highly recommend them and will use them again.
