MXWe booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!

GBI contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. GBStress free international move The people at the front desk helped us navigate the paperwork, kept us informed and were very reassuring. The actual movers on both ends were careful and efficient. IMN came through on their delivery promise and their price was totally reasonable. I would use them again any time.

GBDisrespecting and worst staff Worst staff. I had to withdraw my move with this company just before a day because of the staff. Not at all helpful. They lack clarity in their answers for your question. No patience to listen to the customers question completely. They get offended and in fact they are so disrespectful for customer in their language. Definitely the person with whom I had to deal with is so harsh in behaviour, may not be the entire staff.

BEExtremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!
