We booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service.
