I contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!
