From New York to France, the price was right, all our stuff got here in perfect condition! i had a smaller move a year before and it was horrible, I was very scared until all the boxes were opened. GBDisrespecting and worst staff Worst staff. I had to withdraw my move with this company just before a day because of the staff. Not at all helpful. They lack clarity in their answers for your question. No patience to listen to the customers question completely. They get offended and in fact they are so disrespectful for customer in their language. Definitely the person with whom I had to deal with is so harsh in behaviour, may not be the entire staff.

AUthey are the worst moving company ever… they are the worst moving company ever to deal with. stay away from this company contract commitments broken damaged timber floors in several rooms 3 months late lost/stolen goods so much stuff was damaged and broken. they must have been throwing from container to truck not sure how so much stuff got damaged. customer service was non existent keep passing onto other companies and not taking any responsibility always someone elses problem. stay away from this company

MXWe booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!
