Deceiving and misleading Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!

Reassuring moving partner The estimate and booking process was really smooth. I felt assured that they were providing me with fair practices and competitive rates. After they took my things away, I had a minor change of plans and they were so accommodating and prompt in their support. All throughout this process, they were always available when I needed to reach them.

Efficient, professional and Supportive! IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them.
