MXWe booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!

SEInternational Movers Network handled… International Movers Network handled our move from Pittsburgh, PA, USA to Stockholm, Sweden. This process took 1 year as my visa took forever to arrive. Anyways - they were fast and efficient with packing our items and are shipment was quickly ushered onto a cargo ship. Our items were rapidly shipped and arrived here in Stockholm Sweden and they even arrived to our home a few days ahead of the estimated arrival date. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

AUthey are the worst moving company ever… they are the worst moving company ever to deal with. stay away from this company contract commitments broken damaged timber floors in several rooms 3 months late lost/stolen goods so much stuff was damaged and broken. they must have been throwing from container to truck not sure how so much stuff got damaged. customer service was non existent keep passing onto other companies and not taking any responsibility always someone elses problem. stay away from this company

BEExtremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!
