GBDeceiving and misleading Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!

GBEfficient, professional and Supportive! IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them. When delivery day arrived, their crew was punctual, outprofessional and exceedingly efficient. Through the experience the Team at IMN (John, Ilana and Gal) were highly responsive and supportive as moving ain't easy. Thank you!

BEExtremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!

On a flight from one of my trips from Barcelona to Miami I met a nice lady who moved out from London to Dallas and lately to Barcelona, she recommended me the company. She told me that no one else can be better, I believed her and she was right! International Movers Network brought me piece of mine since the minute one… Vanity, Evelyn, John, Aart (Partners abroad), Gal, Ilana and the driver Michael. All of them help me with lots of enthusiasm and professionalism. Not easy to deal with paperwork and hours to understand customs and all the red tape… they made it possible with a few emails. I receive everything in perfect time and condition in my front door! Outstanding service!

MXWe booked a move with IMN from Texas to… We booked a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible to make a move. I sent Mr. Zohar, the general manager, an email explaining what happened, and he understood and would refund my debit card; the refund was in my bank in two days. Great customer service. I want to thank Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their efforts in preparing the logistics for the move. I am just sorry it didn't work as planned. Thanks, everyone!
