I contacted the IMN company to aid me… I contacted the IMN company to aid me in my move from the U.S. to Spain in 2022. Everything went as scheduled & in an organized manner. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed. they are the worst moving company ever… they are the worst moving company ever to deal with. stay away from this company contract commitments broken damaged timber floors in several rooms 3 months late lost/stolen goods so much stuff was damaged and broken. they must have been throwing from container to truck not sure how so much stuff got damaged. customer service was non existent keep passing onto other companies and not taking any responsibility always someone elses problem. stay away from this company
