Genuine care and concern for customers :) Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return. Hard to edit your order. The site is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. However, if you choose weekend delivery they tack on an extra $19.99. To edit my order, I had to use the back button on my browser. It saved most of the information I'd already typed, but I had to respecify the logo I wanted. I'd use this service again to send alcohol to my friends in Europe.
