Genuine care and concern for customers :) Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return. They really care about their customers and I will definitely give them a shot again in the future. Thanks a lot guys. Recommended.

Highly recommended It was so easy to deal with DinkableGiftslcom. They would reply to all of my questions and constantly kept me informed with updates on my deliveries. Simple, easy, trustworthy. Truly made sending gifts overseas a breeze.

Hard to edit your order. The site is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. However, if you choose weekend delivery they tack on an extra $19.99. To edit my order, I had to use the back button on my browser. It saved most of the information I'd already typed, but I had to respecify the logo I wanted. I'd use this service again to send alcohol to my friends in Europe.

Overall I had a good experience with this company I ordered a gift to be delivered to my son in France but it did not arrive on time because of logistical problems. But the company was able to work it out and my son received his gift a week later. I worked with the company by texting them daily and they kept me updated and then successfully completed my order. I will be happy to work with them again.

You won't be dissapointed! Shipping alcohol across the states is no easy feat w/ the different laws and such in place, but Drinkable Gifts has made it so easy and always came up with a better solution for me. They are quick to reply, quick to turnaround a time sensitive request and truly a pleasure to work with.
