Genuine care and concern for customers :) Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return. The timing of arrival could not be more perfect. The only suggestion to improve the website selection to offer more beer gifts for those who don't like to purchase hard liquor.
