Awesome storage facility We are moving and have had to use this facility for several units. They are top notch. Friendly, convenient, and clean. I would recommend them highly.

Poor customer service, rate increase after four months! Be weary of 5 star reviews - when you move in they give you a flyer that says if you leave a 5 star (specifically says 5 star) you get a 10% discount. After only four months there they tried to increase the rent over 7%. Inflation has not risen 4% in four months - no way. When I called the lady was rude and argumentative and said thats what they do ever year and that was that. I took my business elsewhere - to a place that doesnt pay for reviews and that wont increase my rent until after a year.

Hands down the cleanest storage facility ever!!! My husband and I are in the process of moving to Harrisburg, NC and needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Carrie Fetter and was given the best customer service. I rented a storage space right then. I didn't need to shop around because I found the perfect fit for my needs. Carrie is caring, personable and efficient. She is a people person. We currently live in the Washington DC metro area and are not use to such good customer service. When I went to see the unit, I was even more impressed. It was the cleanest facility. It was like walking into a hospital. This place is immaculate! I would highly recommend.

AMAZING!!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards Greta and Carrie. They have made this moving experience so much smoother. Both gave me such great tips on how/what/when to pack my house and then the unit. I never once felt sold to and feel like they helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what that was. The location is well lit, units are clean and easy to access. Exceeded my expectations.

1st Time College Grad Rental Holder The site manager is genuinely helpful. Since it was my first time renting a storage unit; and I knew nothing about it, both the site manager and the customer service rep gladly placed me into an affordable unit with ease. Glad to say that this experience was well worth it.
