Great First Time Experience! This was my first time renting a self storage unit. I located this business through a Google search and decided to give it a try. Carrie, an employee at Harrisburg Self Storage, was extremely supportive, informative, and helpful in providing the best unit size for me. The facility is super secure with around the clock surveillance. I highly recommend Harrisburg Self Storage to potential customers who are in need of secure, clean facility!

Poor customer service, rate increase after four months! Be weary of 5 star reviews - when you move in they give you a flyer that says if you leave a 5 star (specifically says 5 star) you get a 10% discount. After only four months there they tried to increase the rent over 7%. Inflation has not risen 4% in four months - no way. When I called the lady was rude and argumentative and said thats what they do ever year and that was that. I took my business elsewhere - to a place that doesnt pay for reviews and that wont increase my rent until after a year.
