Beyond my expections After a very long day, I encountered the most professional polite ladies. Both went out of their way to make my experience simple and easy. I needed a larger storage area. Thank you now I now what 5 x 10 really means, totally my error. We are not always right, we are just customers. I would recommend this storage area to anyone. Safe, clean, and professionally staffed. Poor customer service, rate increase after four months! Be weary of 5 star reviews - when you move in they give you a flyer that says if you leave a 5 star (specifically says 5 star) you get a 10% discount. After only four months there they tried to increase the rent over 7%. Inflation has not risen 4% in four months - no way. When I called the lady was rude and argumentative and said thats what they do ever year and that was that. I took my business elsewhere - to a place that doesnt pay for reviews and that wont increase my rent until after a year.

Harrisburg location This facility has excellent service. Both Greta and Carrie have the best customer service skills and both are very patient. The facility is always well kept.

DO NOT TRUST!!! The worst place as they lie to patrons. If I could give zero stars, that would have been my selection. DO NOT TRUST!!! When a problem occurs they do not return calls as promised, Their website "bestharris...." is very misleading. They are NOT the best!

AMAZING!!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards Greta and Carrie. They have made this moving experience so much smoother. Both gave me such great tips on how/what/when to pack my house and then the unit. I never once felt sold to and feel like they helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what that was. The location is well lit, units are clean and easy to access. Exceeded my expectations.
