Since it was my first time renting a storage unit; and I knew nothing about it, both the site manager and the customer service rep gladly placed me into an affordable unit with ease. Glad to say that this experience was well worth it.

AMAZING!!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards Greta and Carrie. They have made this moving experience so much smoother. Both gave me such great tips on how/what/when to pack my house and then the unit. I never once felt sold to and feel like they helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what that was. The location is well lit, units are clean and easy to access. Hands down the cleanest storage facility ever!!! My husband and I are in the process of moving to Harrisburg, NC and needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Carrie Fetter and was given the best customer service. I rented a storage space right then. I didn't need to shop around because I found the perfect fit for my needs. Carrie is caring, personable and efficient. She is a people person. We currently live in the Washington DC metro area and are not use to such good customer service. When I went to see the unit, I was even more impressed. It was the cleanest facility. It was like walking into a hospital. This place is immaculate! I would highly recommend.
