Good communication and responsiveness I wasn't sure about this company when I first saw it because there weren't any reviews for it online. However, I was impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they responded to everything. I asked a question before I submitted anything, and it was answered within an hour. Then, after I submitted my application, I got another email within a couple hours saying my application had been reviewed. The next day, I got an email with a picture of my IDP booklet and the tracking information for the shipment. I got my IDP in the mail a couple days later, which was well ahead of when I expected to receive it.

Fast and reliable I'm very happy with the service. I needed an IDP ASAP, placed my order on Tuesday night, on Wednesday I got an email with photos of my freshly issued IDP along with the Fedex tracking number and today (Thursday) I got it in my hand ! This company saved our trip! Wow! Fast IDP really saved my partner and I. My partner had an online/PDF version of his IDP, but the woman in the Japanese Avis counter wouldn’t take it. Fast IDP was able to ship it to us quite quickly. We requested it on a Friday before the AAA office closed and they were able to mail it to us that day. We got the IDP by Tuesday! Now our Japanese road trip can begin.
