Great company Great company - They responded quickly when I sent in a question before ordering and then the IDP came a couple days earlier than I was expecting. I also appreciated the pictures of my IDP and tracking information they emailed me the day they took my application to AAA to be processed and then shipped.

Needed IDP ASAP This service is extremely fast and very reliable. There were a few issues that I had with my card and through all of it, Jamie reassured me that my IDP was still obtained by and waited for my card issue to resolve and then sent it off. I just ordered it today (Monday) and waiting for it to arrive. I would recommend this service to anyone that is on a time crunch, especially my fellow military members!

Good communication and responsiveness I wasn't sure about this company when I first saw it because there weren't any reviews for it online. However, I was impressed with how professional they were and how quickly they responded to everything. I asked a question before I submitted anything, and it was answered within an hour. Then, after I submitted my application, I got another email within a couple hours saying my application had been reviewed. The next day, I got an email with a picture of my IDP booklet and the tracking information for the shipment. I got my IDP in the mail a couple days later, which was well ahead of when I expected to receive it.

This company saved our trip! Wow! Fast IDP really saved my partner and I. My partner had an online/PDF version of his IDP, but the woman in the Japanese Avis counter wouldn’t take it. Fast IDP was able to ship it to us quite quickly. We requested it on a Friday before the AAA office closed and they were able to mail it to us that day. We got the IDP by Tuesday! Now our Japanese road trip can begin.
