the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. I wasn’t anticipating needed a storage space but I’m glad I chose this one because of the service I received. I even came towards the end of their shifts and they were more than willing to show me the ropes as this is my first storage rental ever. Would highly recommend so far!!

Great Service! My experience renting from your company was excellent. The service that was provided by Michael was superb! He was friendly, very well informed, and he helped me to get exactly what I needed in a very timely and efficient way.

Firstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.
