CAthe requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. GBFirstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

GBThis review is related to the…Online Reservation This review is related to the reservation process as I haven't moved in yet. I reserved online and it was a very easy, seamless, process. The next day I got a call from a representative to answer any questions I may have had and provide additional information. He was very professional and friendly. Great experience so far!!

GBBait and Switch!!! I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.
