Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. Bait and Switch!!! I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.

Best climate control storage ever! We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!
