the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. Firstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

Excellent experience My USSelf Storage experience was excellent. The moment I registered online that I was interested in space, I received a phone call from Audrey. An hour later, I had my camper in its spot at the storage facility. Simple process and very affordable. Excellent location.

Couldn’t be more simpler Reserving online was very simple followed by a quick call from Lisa to schedule in person showing and setting up. Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. I left the place feeling great about using them for storage needs and feel safe having my stuff there. I strongly recommend Extra Space
