Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. I left the place feeling great about using them for storage needs and feel safe having my stuff there. I strongly recommend Extra Space

CAthe requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. GBBest ever First of all, I'm very impressed with this service. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in a bind and had to find a storage unit quick. Thought it was going to be the most difficult thing ever. Fortunately, I found this site and when it said I could reserve without using a credit card, I was hooked. If I didn't like the unit or found something else, I wouldn't be penalized. The Storage place called almost immediately to see if I had any questions or needed anything. They also were considerate, and very professional. They made what was a stressful time of my life to being one less thing I had to worry about.
