This review is related to the…Online Reservation This review is related to the reservation process as I haven't moved in yet. I reserved online and it was a very easy, seamless, process. The next day I got a call from a representative to answer any questions I may have had and provide additional information. He was very professional and friendly. Great experience so far!!

Extremely easy and efficient Extremely easy and efficient. followed up with emails and texts notices within minutes of finalizing contract. May, the office mngr was truly on point and made the entire process a breeze.... thank you!! Facility is extremely clean and well taken care of.

Firstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

I would highly recommend this place… I would highly recommend this place John overton was very polite and very helpful he made sure we understood how everything worked before leaving .The premises are clean and great prices..

Excellent experience My USSelf Storage experience was excellent. The moment I registered online that I was interested in space, I received a phone call from Audrey. An hour later, I had my camper in its spot at the storage facility. Simple process and very affordable. Excellent location.
