Firstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

Best ever First of all, I'm very impressed with this service. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in a bind and had to find a storage unit quick. Thought it was going to be the most difficult thing ever. Fortunately, I found this site and when it said I could reserve without using a credit card, I was hooked. If I didn't like the unit or found something else, I wouldn't be penalized. The Storage place called almost immediately to see if I had any questions or needed anything. They also were considerate, and very professional. They made what was a stressful time of my life to being one less thing I had to worry about.

the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. Best climate control storage ever! We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!

Helpful and truly insightful on local… Helpful and truly insightful on local market prices. Understood what I was and am looking for. Did not tease me with different storage providers and locations that did not relay same information. Very accurate, reliable, trustworthy, easy to manage, and worth mine and yours time.
