Best climate control storage ever! We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!

the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. Bait and Switch!!! I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.
