I wasn’t anticipating needed a storage space but I’m glad I chose this one because of the service I received. I even came towards the end of their shifts and they were more than willing to show me the ropes as this is my first storage rental ever. Would highly recommend so far!!

the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. I couldn’t have been more pleased with… I couldn’t have been more pleased with every phase of the process. AJ was delightful and very accommodating. The spaces are very clean and your prices are very reasonable. The only thing I can recommend is that access by way of stairs to the front of the buildings, rather than having to walk so far to get to the ramps, would be helpful.
