Bait and Switch!!! I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.

US Self Storage offered an exceptional… US Self Storage offered an exceptional discount at Extra Space storage. They made the reservation and while I didn't get the first month free because of the discount, they saved me over $40 a month. Thank you!

Firstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

Best climate control storage ever! We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!

The next day I got a call from a representative to answer any questions I may have had and provide additional information. He was very professional and friendly. Great experience so far!!
