Best climate control storage ever! We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!

Couldn’t be more simpler Reserving online was very simple followed by a quick call from Lisa to schedule in person showing and setting up. Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. the requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY.
