GBWorst experience possible Worst experience possible. Paid for a unit in Atlanta (Roswell Road at I-285) online. I went to the facility the gate code provided by text did not work. Fortunately another customer let me though the gate. the "secure" door into the building was broken and permanently open, the security cameras were open. I went to the unit and it was locked. I went down to the office and there was a sign on the door saying no one worked at the facility and if there was a problem to go in person to the Chamblee location which is about 7 miles away. I tried to get my money back and was refused. Said I had to get it at a manned facility. Went to 3 other Public Storage facilities, no one at any of them. I finally sent a letter to corporate office and threatened suit. Took several weeks to get my funds back. Run away. Do not even think of using them.

GBIt doesnt get much better then this...low prices, drive-up accessible, and reasonable gate hours I made the reservation on line staff gave me a follow up call to discuss my needs and to welcome me when I showed up the next day for my reservation The manager Walked by, stop and personally introduced himself which was nice Over-all this is a big property with lots of units and reasonable gate hours. Most units are drive-up accessible which is harder to find nowadays. Prices are close to the lowest you will find for the given area. Staff was exceptionally helpful as well as personable which is always a plus I would recommend this property to friends and family in need of extra storage space.

CAthe requirement for insurance is… the requirement for insurance is completely UNDERSTATED on the front end, as is the start-up fee. It diminishes any TRUST LEVEL that might exist already. employees state that insurance is for my protection, and yet I am UNABLE TO DECLINE IT !!! Completely absurd. Finally, corporate policy states that I can provide ins. via my Home Policy, but provides no more specifics. More cloak and dagger BS which undermines the company's CREDIBILITY. GBFirstly Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

GBJose and Simon were awesome and made me… Jose and Simon were awesome and made me feel at ease today during a very stressful move. I wasn’t anticipating needed a storage space but I’m glad I chose this one because of the service I received. I even came towards the end of their shifts and they were more than willing to show me the ropes as this is my first storage rental ever. Would highly recommend so far!!
