JPHorrible Their customer service via email and chat, they’re saying that “once the package is delivered to our WH it will take 24 hours for it to be ready for shipping.” But it is lie. My package arrived to their Delaware WH on Apr. 25 (Thu) 1:46pm, and indicated “Expected ready date on Apr. 26 (Fri) 6:00pm.” However, my package is still pending without any notice and now Apr. 28. Moreover, they are saying as below. [As of now, we can update packages under your account in below given speeds after delivery: Delaware (US) Warehouse: Same Day] I also asked them about this situation but nobody answered. What’s going on with my package? What if I would know your work is so much slow like this, I did choose another transfer company. In addition, I read other reviews and many customers mentioned that Ship7 stole customer’s items from package, therefore I am very concerned regarding they are stealing from my item as well not just slowly. It has been waiting for ready to ship 4 days and they don’t do what they promised. They said “ We have informed our WH team to scan the package and make it ready for shipping by today” after keeping me waiting for 3 more days since they gave me an original deadline. But it is not. I would never use this company what if I knew they don’t have any responsibility for their business.

CAI have contacted one of the agents… I have contacted one of the agents support called ( Alwin)He Helped me a lot and he was really understanding and well listening, He solved my issue , In addition, He was was nice and not like others i have contacted over the chat room before !, I hope all of the support team over chat room be such as him!

AROnce a god service but now totally worthless Once a good service but now totally worthless, since repack service is not offered anymore and free storage time was reduced from 60 to only 7 days.

AUI have used them twice to get things… I have used them twice to get things from America to Australia that don't deliver internationally. The postage is slow because I pick the second cheapest service but the first one got here (it took a month) and the second one is slowly moving through the system. No complaints about them or about the postal times because I picked them based on price, not based on speed.

GBBest for shipping small multiple packages w/plastic toys goods in it. I used this service for a year to ship out multiple small packages with custom plastic toys. Although I had issues with the service, such as delays and picture requests but every package arrived safe and sound in the end. Since the free storage changed to 7 days of free storage, I ended up switching to an alternative mail forwarder with longer storage for saving shipping cost. Will I be back using Ship7 again? If they can offer more than 30 days of free storage, then I may consider it.
