My experience I wanted to make this due to the other reviews on here. I just received my first parcel using Ship7, and contrary to the others on here I didn't have any bad experiences really. Mostly everyone is talking about the change they made only providing 7 days of free storage. While this can be a problem for some, me only shipping out a single package from the US they did fully proclaim all the exclaims they made (faster shipping). After receiving my parcel they registered it under my mailbox near instantly and worked on shipping it to me. The only issue I had was that I initially had it sent to their Delaware address which according to them was full, so they had to transfer it to their other New Jersey location. Maybe a heads up before placing the order instead of wasting time on this, but it wasn't a big issue for me as it arrived at the other location swiftly without any hiccups. So if you're distressed looking for a freight forwarder like I was a month ago and you're sceptical about these reviews, as a regular shopper I wouldn't refrain from choosing Ship7.

I've used Ship7 for some time now I've used Ship7 for some time now, and always enjoy receiving my packages. The instructions when merging packages perfectly. If something gets damaged during transportation, they are always helpful and pu company that I used. Customer Service are always helpful and even sometimes replies outside of their b if I should say anything negative with this company, it's that they don't ship danger example fragrance mist) but that is clearly stated on their webpage, so that didn't co surprise. if you follow their policy, you will see that they sometimes goes above and beyond fo customers.

My only take is few delays and minor confusion in handling received packages from mail room to inbox. Otherwise your service is top. Thank you for being there for us Issam

A great shipping place!! Found a great shipping place that has fees very comparable, and most of the time has been better, to the other guys. They ship both international and domestic, which is great for my business. It has worked so easily for me. Great website, great experience, and great customer service!! I use this service for some time but i… I use this service for some time but i was surprised by storage time of 7 days and 5 dollars dayly for every mail. I lost money because i must send my postage immideatelly without waiting another. Also I must spend my time to inform all peopes that I recommend this service to stop use it. DEAD SERVICE. NOT RECOMMEND.
