The postage is slow because I pick the second cheapest service but the first one got here (it took a month) and the second one is slowly moving through the system. No complaints about them or about the postal times because I picked them based on price, not based on speed.

Customer Service are always helpful and even sometimes replies outside of their b if I should say anything negative with this company, it's that they don't ship danger example fragrance mist) but that is clearly stated on their webpage, so that didn't co surprise. if you follow their policy, you will see that they sometimes goes above and beyond fo customers.
