Once a god service but now totally worthless Once a good service but now totally worthless, since repack service is not offered anymore and free storage time was reduced from 60 to only 7 days.

The downfall of this service It's been great so far. However, I was surprised to see that the 60 days of free storage was drastically reduced to 7. There's no way to make shipment cost-effective this way for the customers. Moreover, they take on average 2 days minimum to scan (even in the NJ warehouse show your parcel on your account, taking days from you. This was not an issue when you had 2 months of free storage but now? It's not worth it. It's frustrating because I did a couple of preorders with this warehouse, I'll check if it's possible to change the address because this is not useful anymore.
