GBThe downfall of this service It's been great so far. However, I was surprised to see that the 60 days of free storage was drastically reduced to 7. There's no way to make shipment cost-effective this way for the customers. Moreover, they take on average 2 days minimum to scan (even in the NJ warehouse show your parcel on your account, taking days from you. This was not an issue when you had 2 months of free storage but now? It's not worth it. It's frustrating because I did a couple of preorders with this warehouse, I'll check if it's possible to change the address because this is not useful anymore.

CAI have contacted one of the agents… I have contacted one of the agents support called ( Alwin)He Helped me a lot and he was really understanding and well listening, He solved my issue , In addition, He was was nice and not like others i have contacted over the chat room before !, I hope all of the support team over chat room be such as him!

GBBest for shipping small multiple packages w/plastic toys goods in it. I used this service for a year to ship out multiple small packages with custom plastic toys. Although I had issues with the service, such as delays and picture requests but every package arrived safe and sound in the end. Since the free storage changed to 7 days of free storage, I ended up switching to an alternative mail forwarder with longer storage for saving shipping cost. Will I be back using Ship7 again? If they can offer more than 30 days of free storage, then I may consider it.

NOMy experience I wanted to make this due to the other reviews on here. I just received my first parcel using Ship7, and contrary to the others on here I didn't have any bad experiences really. Mostly everyone is talking about the change they made only providing 7 days of free storage. While this can be a problem for some, me only shipping out a single package from the US they did fully proclaim all the exclaims they made (faster shipping). After receiving my parcel they registered it under my mailbox near instantly and worked on shipping it to me. The only issue I had was that I initially had it sent to their Delaware address which according to them was full, so they had to transfer it to their other New Jersey location. Maybe a heads up before placing the order instead of wasting time on this, but it wasn't a big issue for me as it arrived at the other location swiftly without any hiccups. So if you're distressed looking for a freight forwarder like I was a month ago and you're sceptical about these reviews, as a regular shopper I wouldn't refrain from choosing Ship7.

ZAI have been with ship7 almost 2 years… I have been with ship7 almost 2 years now. they are allways very helpfull. they are quick in shipping my items which i buy in the US. in the past i could not order anything like a laptop without running into trouble with people not being able to ship overseas. now with ship7 i have a US adress with which i can easily ship my items to that US adress and ship it over to my country. They are the most reliable and trustworthy. it has been a pleasure with them.
