GBA great shipping place!! Found a great shipping place that has fees very comparable, and most of the time has been better, to the other guys. They ship both international and domestic, which is great for my business. It has worked so easily for me. Great website, great experience, and great customer service!! DEUSA -> Germany: Works but slow. USA -> Germany. All went well, but took long: Ordered at Vendor at 2024-01-26, got delivered to delaware warehouse at 2024-01-29, was actually shipped 2024-02-07 and then arrived 2024-02-09 with all carriers approx. 3 days each but ship7 taking its time inbetween. Even when asking support this time wasnt clearly communicated and it took longer than estimates given.

NOMy experience I wanted to make this due to the other reviews on here. I just received my first parcel using Ship7, and contrary to the others on here I didn't have any bad experiences really. Mostly everyone is talking about the change they made only providing 7 days of free storage. While this can be a problem for some, me only shipping out a single package from the US they did fully proclaim all the exclaims they made (faster shipping). After receiving my parcel they registered it under my mailbox near instantly and worked on shipping it to me. The only issue I had was that I initially had it sent to their Delaware address which according to them was full, so they had to transfer it to their other New Jersey location. Maybe a heads up before placing the order instead of wasting time on this, but it wasn't a big issue for me as it arrived at the other location swiftly without any hiccups. So if you're distressed looking for a freight forwarder like I was a month ago and you're sceptical about these reviews, as a regular shopper I wouldn't refrain from choosing Ship7.

JPHorrible Their customer service via email and chat, they’re saying that “once the package is delivered to our WH it will take 24 hours for it to be ready for shipping.” But it is lie. My package arrived to their Delaware WH on Apr. 25 (Thu) 1:46pm, and indicated “Expected ready date on Apr. 26 (Fri) 6:00pm.” However, my package is still pending without any notice and now Apr. 28. Moreover, they are saying as below. [As of now, we can update packages under your account in below given speeds after delivery: Delaware (US) Warehouse: Same Day] I also asked them about this situation but nobody answered. What’s going on with my package? What if I would know your work is so much slow like this, I did choose another transfer company. In addition, I read other reviews and many customers mentioned that Ship7 stole customer’s items from package, therefore I am very concerned regarding they are stealing from my item as well not just slowly. It has been waiting for ready to ship 4 days and they don’t do what they promised. They said “ We have informed our WH team to scan the package and make it ready for shipping by today” after keeping me waiting for 3 more days since they gave me an original deadline. But it is not. I would never use this company what if I knew they don’t have any responsibility for their business.
