Cuando reservas un envío, el equipo de servicio en línea no puede decirte nada más que lo que aparece en el seguimiento del transportista. Es inútil. Utilicé envia porque me defraudó otro transportista a través de Packlink que he utilizado durante años. Un asesor de eniva (David) se puso en contacto conmigo y me prometió mucho y que se aseguraría de que los precios y la entrega fueran perfectos. El gerente de Envia (Max Salazar) me aseguró que Envia es la mejor representada en muchos países y ... La entrega a través de la inútil compañía FedEx falló y se retrasó, e incluso el servicio de atención al cliente me aseguró que iba a ser buena y a tiempo (pagué express) - falló. Tú como cliente NO recibes ningún servicio - te dejan sin ayuda. Así que mi mejor consejo es - no utilizar Envia - o utilizarlos, o Packlink - pero sólo remem - no hay servicio (Las condiciones de pago en las que se paga por adelantado una tarifa por volumen, y no la cantidad real para el envío es muy malo y la información que tiene que dar en ser un cliente es extraño y estúpido) please be aware, that whatever they say - there is no service !! I'd give it a zero if I could. I'd give it a zero if I could. The service is so bad. I first started using it 2 years ago and it worked at first but now they lose your packages all the time, don't refund or make it right. They also are clueless on how anything works and can't match up a simple Amazon receipt with the packages that arrive at their warehouse. Customer service is also useless. Nice but absolutely of no help. It seems like no one knows or does their job at all. They currently have had 2 of my packages there for 2 weeks. Last time I bought these expensive earrings and they got stolen on the way to my house in Mexico. They "did an investigation" and said it wasn't their fault and i was out of luck. They also steal my credits in my account or will make you pay twice for shipping two products even though they are going to the same house. Put them in the same boxes, its so simple a 5 year old could figure out what you can't. Disgusting & terrible company. DO NOT USE.

awful service and customer support it's like they are running and experiment but taking on real clients. slow and awful costumer service, always changing the dashboard etc. just bad!
