No customer Support They don't have a poor customer service but the customer support department is entirely non existent

awful service and customer support it's like they are running and experiment but taking on real clients. slow and awful costumer service, always changing the dashboard etc. just bad!

Terrible customer service & False overweight charge. Terrible customer service, the ticket system asks for images and proof and the dialogue to upload it doesn’t work and they close tickets. Fake overweight charges and in communication to carrier directly let us know that they haven’t filed any charge. Envia applied 30kg of over weight charge on 0.2kg package.
