GBI'd give it a zero if I could. I'd give it a zero if I could. The service is so bad. I first started using it 2 years ago and it worked at first but now they lose your packages all the time, don't refund or make it right. They also are clueless on how anything works and can't match up a simple Amazon receipt with the packages that arrive at their warehouse. Customer service is also useless. Nice but absolutely of no help. It seems like no one knows or does their job at all. They currently have had 2 of my packages there for 2 weeks. Last time I bought these expensive earrings and they got stolen on the way to my house in Mexico. They "did an investigation" and said it wasn't their fault and i was out of luck. They also steal my credits in my account or will make you pay twice for shipping two products even though they are going to the same house. Put them in the same boxes, its so simple a 5 year old could figure out what you can't. Disgusting & terrible company. DO NOT USE.
