INTerrible customer service & False overweight charge. Terrible customer service, the ticket system asks for images and proof and the dialogue to upload it doesn’t work and they close tickets. Fake overweight charges and in communication to carrier directly let us know that they haven’t filed any charge. Envia applied 30kg of over weight charge on 0.2kg package.

CAThey were super helpful They were super helpful. WAY better than "Easyship" (Stressship). They got my package to where it needed go! No confused looks at Post Office like Stressship. Huzzah! A premium feel too. And. To the attention gets, one. Attentive, basically. And that is always appreciated. Great little label. No garbage thieving BS up sales.
