They drive from NJ to MIAMI & my stuff arrived in perfect condition & would definitely recommend to family & friends SAFE SHIP for all moving services! Super courteous & very personable & I felt like a family member…so kind! Ash & Richie were so pleasant to deal with! I hope I see them again!!!

Not "veteran Friendly" as advertised!… booked a move with this so called "veteran friendly" company. customer service is terrible. talked to them over a month before my move because of a serious medical condition and need to cancel move. they would not refund fully or partially the down payment (which was a crazy amount) No heart for Veterans or Seniors. stay away from them, especially if you actually want to talk to someone there... plus the moving company they "brokered" could never be reached or cant find any infomation about... SCAM

I worked with Leroy on an upcoming move… I worked with Leroy on an upcoming move from California to North Carolina. He was a great guy to work with and we appreciate all the insights that we needed to know for the move. Unfortunately we did not go forward as my wife’s company was taking care of the logistics. Therefore we had to cancel. However I felt the need to write the review as Leroy was really on top of things and his customer service was outstanding!

Tried to justify number of complaints on website with asking me about satisfaction with Disney. Clearly wanted me to get the contract signed and money deposited and were not interested in responding to my questions. Absolutely wretched!

Same experience as everyone else Same experience as everyone else - avoid them. Middlemen who low ball quotes that double on the day of you getting packed up. Items all over packed to take up space to charge you more. Subcon work out to the moving companies who also look for ways to increase fees. Quote went from $8k to $17k
