It was awesome for me; it'll be awesome for you I was given a 5 hour delivery window: 11-4, the driver showed up at 11:10. They wrapped the items that weren't boxed incredibly well; even expertly dismantling the innards of my family's grandfather clock before fully wrapping it up as well. They packed it all into their truck securely; went through the paperwork competently while explaining everything, answering my questions, and assuring my concerns over the security of my stuff. When the time comes to move west, I've got my movers set.

Horrible experience with just customer… Horrible experience with just customer service. Not responsive at all! Can't guarantee anything. Tried to justify number of complaints on website with asking me about satisfaction with Disney. Clearly wanted me to get the contract signed and money deposited and were not interested in responding to my questions. Absolutely wretched!

Today was pick up day of my belongings… Today was pick up day of my belongings from a 10x12 storage in NJ by David and Mauro from MD Moving Solutions LLC and my whole experience with them was fantastic. I highly recommend David and Mauro as they meticulously and carefully wrapped each furniture piece and gently loaded all items incl lots of boxes on their truck. Both men were very friendly, approachable and assured me that my belongings would be well taken care of on their trip to SC ( near Charlotte). David and Mauro communicated all timing of arrival and changes in packing charges ahead of time and I highly recommend this moving business to anyone. Excited to see how delivery goes but I am sure they will exceed my expectations.

Not "veteran Friendly" as advertised!… booked a move with this so called "veteran friendly" company. customer service is terrible. talked to them over a month before my move because of a serious medical condition and need to cancel move. they would not refund fully or partially the down payment (which was a crazy amount) No heart for Veterans or Seniors. stay away from them, especially if you actually want to talk to someone there... plus the moving company they "brokered" could never be reached or cant find any infomation about... SCAM
