Just Amazing Service! We are 150% happy with the service we received from Mike and Omar at Direct Relocation Services! They were on point for every little thing we needed or asked for in the pick-up; and the harder part of unloading, unpacking, placement and assembly of everything we had! Clean-up was awesome and a thing to behold. Mike was positive, communicative, and our biggest cheerleader! His and Omar’s execution of the job was impeccable, and they worked nonstop to make sure everything was perfect, and their sense of humor was priceless and welcomed during this intense life change. Great job!!

It was awesome for me; it'll be awesome for you I was given a 5 hour delivery window: 11-4, the driver showed up at 11:10. They wrapped the items that weren't boxed incredibly well; even expertly dismantling the innards of my family's grandfather clock before fully wrapping it up as well. They packed it all into their truck securely; went through the paperwork competently while explaining everything, answering my questions, and assuring my concerns over the security of my stuff. When the time comes to move west, I've got my movers set.

Moving experience on Jan. 6th David and Mauro were absolutely amazing. Pleasant, courteous and very hardworking. They arrived right on time and got right to packing and loading their truck, finishing the job under some cold and rainy conditions and early enough that my family could leave for our journey that same day. I would recommend them and their company to anyone needing to move any distance. I’m very thankful for a job well done!

I had a very favorable experience… I had a very favorable experience working with Alex Popke at SafeShip. He far exceeded my expectations of a broker customer rep. He was patient with my long list of questions, he helped educate me about things like cubic weight and he explained how the entire process would work once a carrier picked up my load. There should be more reps like Alex out there. The shopping of services like this would be a lot better.
