GBNot "veteran Friendly" as advertised!… booked a move with this so called "veteran friendly" company. customer service is terrible. talked to them over a month before my move because of a serious medical condition and need to cancel move. they would not refund fully or partially the down payment (which was a crazy amount) No heart for Veterans or Seniors. stay away from them, especially if you actually want to talk to someone there... plus the moving company they "brokered" could never be reached or cant find any infomation about... SCAM

GBUse way2go moving Use way2go moving. The down payment goes all towards Safe Ship who broker the move. The movers said if I would have went to them directly then it would have been the same price minus the $1100 broker fee. Then, I asked for an update 7 days in, and Safe Ship said my stuff should be arriving within 3 days. I called 3 days later for an update, and they said the truck never got loaded back up and my stuff is still in Ohio…. My move is from Michigan to Texas. It’s been 10 days, and it’s still in Ohio?!?

GBI had a very favorable experience… I had a very favorable experience working with Alex Popke at SafeShip. He far exceeded my expectations of a broker customer rep. He was patient with my long list of questions, he helped educate me about things like cubic weight and he explained how the entire process would work once a carrier picked up my load. There should be more reps like Alex out there. The shopping of services like this would be a lot better.

GBI worked with Leroy on an upcoming move… I worked with Leroy on an upcoming move from California to North Carolina. He was a great guy to work with and we appreciate all the insights that we needed to know for the move. Unfortunately we did not go forward as my wife’s company was taking care of the logistics. Therefore we had to cancel. However I felt the need to write the review as Leroy was really on top of things and his customer service was outstanding!
