DO NOT RECOMMEND!! SCAM!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! This was a nightmare from start to finish. It started with Karl, he was the one who I first spoke with he assisted with the prices and helping me book, he was very persistent, he was charming and a good talker. (Honestly he should be a lawyer) but he made me feel good about everything and so, I booked. Once I did the estimate/inventory of all my stuff to move I felt good. Then came the moving day, I was told upon arrival that it would be $872 dollars more and I actually had less stuff then I had originally said in my “inventory” they ended up working with me and dropped it down to $400 which I felt it was frustrating but I bit my tongue and figured it was my fault about the space but was still upset that it was more money. The movers were nice, but I did realize they were a third party moving company so was concerned but I was already in too deep to back out, so I was hopeful all my stuff would be safe and make it. Two weeks later there was no word of where my stuff was or an eta for delivery. I called and they were very unhelpful and told me the movers would be calling me three days prior to delivery, and that I should call back 4 days later (the weekend) and that they would be able to help me locate where my stuff was and give me and eta. I found that to be very alarming bc in my opinion they should be able to locate their drivers. I called Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and finally was able to speak to someone on Tuesday, they told me they had contacted the drivers and they would be contacting me the following day. The following day they called at 7 at night telling me they would be delivering the following day at 7 am. I was not prepared as I was told three days prior, but made it work. Then they proceeded to tell me that it would be an additional $500 to deliver bc they had to change trucks. Most of my experience I was dealing with multiple people who all had different instructions, details and explanations. So I never actually knew what was the right answer or what was happening, it was very frustrating. They told me I had signed a contract that said I would pay for the truck change. Which was a lie I had all my contracts in front of me, they proceeded to send me a contract that I signed which did not have my signature on it. I was back and fourth on the phone with 4 different people for almost two hours, I was left feeling confused, concerned for my belongs and beyond frustrated. They yelled at me and told me they had called me two day before which is a lie!! They gaslit me and basically told me I wouldn’t revive my stuff bc I had to pay more! Which just screams SCAM! They said they had to change truck bc of the size and they would see if the truck could fit on my street. And would call me two hours to delivery. They didn’t they showed up with the small truck demanding I pay more and delivered my things. They were different movers than the ones I dealt with for pick up. They brought all my stuff in and 90% of my boxes LABELED FRAGILE were smashed and damaged as if they had been moved a few different times and they obviously did not care about my things. After opening and going through the boxes there were many casualties. All of my things were wrapped properly in paper and bubble wrap. It just does to show how they were throwing my things around and not handling with care!! Some things were replaceable but many things were not and I’m still very upset about them. There was also a large item missing. My TV which was very expensive is not working properly. All in all I would give this 1 out of 10 bc I did end up getting my things but in very poor condition and 22 days later (from pick up) It was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! and I’m writing this bc I wish I had known all this and I would have been warned!! I would not have went thru this!! It is a complete SCAM and I can’t stress enough how horrible of an experience this was! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Wish I could’ve included all the photo evidence

ASH & RICHIE ARE AMAZING ASH & RICHIE ARE AMAZING! They drive from NJ to MIAMI & my stuff arrived in perfect condition & would definitely recommend to family & friends SAFE SHIP for all moving services! Super courteous & very personable & I felt like a family member…so kind! Ash & Richie were so pleasant to deal with! I hope I see them again!!!

Today was pick up day of my belongings… Today was pick up day of my belongings from a 10x12 storage in NJ by David and Mauro from MD Moving Solutions LLC and my whole experience with them was fantastic. I highly recommend David and Mauro as they meticulously and carefully wrapped each furniture piece and gently loaded all items incl lots of boxes on their truck. Both men were very friendly, approachable and assured me that my belongings would be well taken care of on their trip to SC ( near Charlotte). David and Mauro communicated all timing of arrival and changes in packing charges ahead of time and I highly recommend this moving business to anyone. Excited to see how delivery goes but I am sure they will exceed my expectations.
