Horrible experience with just customer… Horrible experience with just customer service. Not responsive at all! Can't guarantee anything. Tried to justify number of complaints on website with asking me about satisfaction with Disney. Clearly wanted me to get the contract signed and money deposited and were not interested in responding to my questions. Absolutely wretched!

I worked with Leroy on an upcoming move… I worked with Leroy on an upcoming move from California to North Carolina. He was a great guy to work with and we appreciate all the insights that we needed to know for the move. Unfortunately we did not go forward as my wife’s company was taking care of the logistics. Therefore we had to cancel. However I felt the need to write the review as Leroy was really on top of things and his customer service was outstanding!

Between Safe Ship and their moving… Between Safe Ship and their moving contractor, I spent $8000 to move a small one-bedroom apartment goods. Both Safe Ship and their moving contractor made false promises, blatantly lied about the delivery date, and more than doubled the original quote of $3600. I suggest to anyone who has been bilked by them to file a complaint with the Dept. of Transportation.

Items all over packed to take up space to charge you more. Subcon work out to the moving companies who also look for ways to increase fees. Quote went from $8k to $17k

I had a very favorable experience… I had a very favorable experience working with Alex Popke at SafeShip. He far exceeded my expectations of a broker customer rep. He was patient with my long list of questions, he helped educate me about things like cubic weight and he explained how the entire process would work once a carrier picked up my load. There should be more reps like Alex out there. The shopping of services like this would be a lot better.
