GBBetween Safe Ship and their moving… Between Safe Ship and their moving contractor, I spent $8000 to move a small one-bedroom apartment goods. Both Safe Ship and their moving contractor made false promises, blatantly lied about the delivery date, and more than doubled the original quote of $3600. I suggest to anyone who has been bilked by them to file a complaint with the Dept. of Transportation.

GBSame experience as everyone else Same experience as everyone else - avoid them. Middlemen who low ball quotes that double on the day of you getting packed up. Items all over packed to take up space to charge you more. Subcon work out to the moving companies who also look for ways to increase fees. Quote went from $8k to $17k

GBDon’t hire safe ship They aren’t a moving company, they’re a middleman who will connect you with a moving company. I moved from Louisiana to New York and I paid for packing and moving services. They connected me with Just Pro Moving, who lost some of my things, didn’t fill out their paperwork correctly (so I couldn’t file an insurance claim) and when they packed my stuff they just threw everything in boxes and broke some things too. Do not waste your money, this company is useless
