Amazingly efficient I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit. Very happy about the good use of time and clear communication.

I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. I was looking for a storage place to… I was looking for a storage place to store some eCommerce stuff when I came across Peerstorage and I can honestly say they've done a fantastic job finding me a perfect storage place. It's located at an ideal location and quite near to where I live. The service itself is top notch and the communication from the team has been great. When I reached there with some stuff, the team was ready to get me started through the move-in process. I was in the place with all the proper documentation, insurance, etc. They really do go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which is awesome!
