Reserving RV space I'm very pleased.

Where is my email confirmation? I called to reserve a unit. The email confirmation never arrived, although this survey did! I called back to ask for the confirmation email and I was told that there was no way to re-send it. The confirmation is NOT in my junk mail box. Very poor service!

Amazingly efficient I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit. Very happy about the good use of time and clear communication.
