GBSold me a space that wasn't available Due to a delay in our new house closing in the new city to be removed to three hours away, I called storage.com to get a storage space for a full house worth of stuff. They found me what I thought was the only 10 x 30 space available in the city of Vancouver Washington. I was a static and very thankful to get it. 10 minutes later the manager of the storage facility called me and said that he had no idea what storage.com was telling me, because that space is not available and they have not had a 10 x 30' space available for months and months. I was left scrambling to find any adequate space for my moving van to move things into the next morning. I would NOT recommend Storage.com.

GBAmazingly efficient I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit. Very happy about the good use of time and clear communication.

GBNot sure where they get their reviews… Not sure where they get their reviews for the storage facilities. I'm in one right now that has recent rave reviews and the place is an absolute dump. People living in the storage units, trash everywhere, boats stolen. Look at google for accurate reviews.

GBVery good experience!! This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into. Agent was patient while I decided and answered all my questions fully. A very nice experience. Thank You!!

GBMisinformation and safety issues When the moving semi truck arrived the driver had difficulty negotiating the uphill driveway because the contractor had not removed the snow and ice. In addition the alleyway was blocked with parked service vehicles which prevented the driver accessing the rental unit. This cost me an additional $350 in fees to the driver because my household items had to be carried much further increasing the time to unload the truck. Finally, my partner mistakenly tried to unlock the unit next to ours and found that the key she had not only unlocked the unit next to ours but ours unit as well. Both lock sets were provided by the storage unit office. I am quite disappointed in the service provided and will be taking this up with the manager at the Parklawn facility in Rockville, MD
