We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit. Very happy about the good use of time and clear communication.

I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. Excellent Service from Start to Finish... A few hours away from Atlanta coming from Virginia, I quickly receive a follow up call after an online reservation. Upon arrival, Tom and team is ready to get me started through their process. I was in/out of the place with all the proper documentation, insurance, etc. in a very short amount of time allowing me to get on my flight to France the next day with a sense of ease as it was a quick stop in ATL.
