I was shocked with such a convenient experience! I called a local storage chain looking for a unit with criteria and price range in mind. Though there were none available in the area I was looking, the agent referred me to storage.com with a phone number and the gentleman there helped me into a unit that fit my price range and criteria in a different location. Friendly and extremely convenient! Thankful for these guys!!

Very good experience!! This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into.
