Very pleasant, helpful representative -- 5 stars depends on facility! Steve was very pleasant and helpful from the outset. I would have given him a 5 but the last star depends on the units and service on site and whether they provide a consistent experience. If they are like Steve, I am not worried.

Amazingly efficient I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit.
