Very good experience!! This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into. Agent was patient while I decided and answered all my questions fully. A very nice experience. Thank You!!

I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. Amazingly efficient I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit.
