Very good experience!! This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into. Agent was patient while I decided and answered all my questions fully. A very nice experience. Thank You!!

I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. Very pleasant, helpful representative -- 5 stars depends on facility! Steve was very pleasant and helpful from the outset. I would have given him a 5 but the last star depends on the units and service on site and whether they provide a consistent experience. If they are like Steve, I am not worried.

I was looking for a storage place to… I was looking for a storage place to store some eCommerce stuff when I came across Peerstorage and I can honestly say they've done a fantastic job finding me a perfect storage place. It's located at an ideal location and quite near to where I live. The service itself is top notch and the communication from the team has been great. When I reached there with some stuff, the team was ready to get me started through the move-in process. I was in the place with all the proper documentation, insurance, etc. They really do go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which is awesome!
