GBRating Your Representative... I made reservations today at 3pm with an agent named ABBY....SHE IS OUTSTANDING, to say the least! I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. Abby was courteous, understanding, cheerful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to assist me and I TRULY APPRECIATE ALL OF HER EFFORTS...You should be very proud to have her on your team...lol...SHE IS A WINNER!!!! and THANK YOU Thank You thank you ABBY.

GBVery pleasant, helpful representative -- 5 stars depends on facility! Steve was very pleasant and helpful from the outset. I would have given him a 5 but the last star depends on the units and service on site and whether they provide a consistent experience. If they are like Steve, I am not worried.

GBWhere is my email confirmation? I called to reserve a unit. The email confirmation never arrived, although this survey did! I called back to ask for the confirmation email and I was told that there was no way to re-send it. The confirmation is NOT in my junk mail box. Very poor service!

GBVery good experience!! This company was very helpful. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision quickly the agent actually helped me figure out what I really needed. I ended up getting a bigger unit, closer to my home for less money than what another high pressure company tried to shoe horn me into. Agent was patient while I decided and answered all my questions fully. A very nice experience. Thank You!!
