GBWhere is my email confirmation? I called to reserve a unit. The email confirmation never arrived, although this survey did! I called back to ask for the confirmation email and I was told that there was no way to re-send it. The confirmation is NOT in my junk mail box. Very poor service!

GBMisinformation and safety issues When the moving semi truck arrived the driver had difficulty negotiating the uphill driveway because the contractor had not removed the snow and ice. In addition the alleyway was blocked with parked service vehicles which prevented the driver accessing the rental unit. This cost me an additional $350 in fees to the driver because my household items had to be carried much further increasing the time to unload the truck. Finally, my partner mistakenly tried to unlock the unit next to ours and found that the key she had not only unlocked the unit next to ours but ours unit as well. Both lock sets were provided by the storage unit office. I am quite disappointed in the service provided and will be taking this up with the manager at the Parklawn facility in Rockville, MD

GBVery pleasant, helpful representative -- 5 stars depends on facility! Steve was very pleasant and helpful from the outset. I would have given him a 5 but the last star depends on the units and service on site and whether they provide a consistent experience. If they are like Steve, I am not worried.

GBI was shocked with such a convenient experience! I called a local storage chain looking for a unit with criteria and price range in mind. Though there were none available in the area I was looking, the agent referred me to storage.com with a phone number and the gentleman there helped me into a unit that fit my price range and criteria in a different location. Friendly and extremely convenient! Thankful for these guys!!
