GBOrdered and paid for boxes on 03/23/23 Ordered and paid for boxes on 03/23/23. Site states shipping within 10 business days. It is now 04/14/23 and I just checked again.....it still says unfilled. I called and no one ever answers. I messaged them, no reply. I finally sent an email demanding contact and they reply with our order is waiting to be glued. They then offer me 20% off my next order (which is what they give all new clients so it doesn't mean anything). How about they refund me an additional 20%, refund my shipping cost and send my order? Very unsatisfied 1st time client.

GBI have been calling them and emailing… I have been calling them and emailing them in regards to my boxes and I have not received a call or email back. They advised me that my boxes which were small and only 100 boxes which is their minimum will ship within 10 days of ordering and they still have not shipped. The customer service and the customer service department is lacking and disconnected from the customer. This has been a very disappointing experience with them.

GBExcellent Sample Kit Experience My sample kit was delivered quickly and without issue. The materials inside show the true quality and wide range of options Box Genie offers. My favorite part was that they included samples of all their paper types in several designs so I could see exactly how different ink colors are absorbed on each one. Overall great experience!

GBPoor communication and customer service.… The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.
