Great US company! When our custom box manufacturer switched its operations overseas, we had a slew of problems…late deliveries, bad printing, bad communication, damaged items due to poor packaging….I could go on and on. I decided to give Box Genie a try. They are all US based. Their service reps are awesome and very responsive. When we need expedite service they are on it. Printing has been great, turnaround times are good and they communicate if they are experiencing delays. I am very happy with the overall experience and their prices are comparable (and lower during sales) to the competition.

Ordered and paid for boxes on 03/23/23 Ordered and paid for boxes on 03/23/23. Site states shipping within 10 business days. It is now 04/14/23 and I just checked again.....it still says unfilled. I called and no one ever answers. I messaged them, no reply. I finally sent an email demanding contact and they reply with our order is waiting to be glued. They then offer me 20% off my next order (which is what they give all new clients so it doesn't mean anything). How about they refund me an additional 20%, refund my shipping cost and send my order? Very unsatisfied 1st time client.
