GBI have been calling them and emailing… I have been calling them and emailing them in regards to my boxes and I have not received a call or email back. They advised me that my boxes which were small and only 100 boxes which is their minimum will ship within 10 days of ordering and they still have not shipped. The customer service and the customer service department is lacking and disconnected from the customer. This has been a very disappointing experience with them.

GBPoor communication and customer service.… The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.

GBDecent Custom Packaging Company This company has prompt shipping times and good communication they send boxes out within 2 weeks. I used them for a triangle mailer order and like them very much they can use their graphics team to apply artwork to images promptly if you have no PDF editor and only artwork and they will send a proof to review. Prices are a little high however and their website could have an option to upload artwork and then send a PDF for editing which would make ordering more mobile friendly. Overall not bad however.
