Excellent Sample Kit Experience My sample kit was delivered quickly and without issue. The materials inside show the true quality and wide range of options Box Genie offers. My favorite part was that they included samples of all their paper types in several designs so I could see exactly how different ink colors are absorbed on each one. Overall great experience!

They ghosted us! Had a weird experience with them. They quoted us a custom box and then we sent them a sample of our product and our current box (at our own expense) to make sure that they could match our current specs and the quality of our current box. After sending them everything, I followed up with them at least 3 times and never received a response to any of my emails. They just ghosted us!

Decent Custom Packaging Company This company has prompt shipping times and good communication they send boxes out within 2 weeks. I used them for a triangle mailer order and like them very much they can use their graphics team to apply artwork to images promptly if you have no PDF editor and only artwork and they will send a proof to review. Prices are a little high however and their website could have an option to upload artwork and then send a PDF for editing which would make ordering more mobile friendly. Overall not bad however.

I have been calling them and emailing… I have been calling them and emailing them in regards to my boxes and I have not received a call or email back. They advised me that my boxes which were small and only 100 boxes which is their minimum will ship within 10 days of ordering and they still have not shipped. The customer service and the customer service department is lacking and disconnected from the customer. This has been a very disappointing experience with them.
