Poor communication and customer service.… The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.

Great US company! When our custom box manufacturer switched its operations overseas, we had a slew of problems…late deliveries, bad printing, bad communication, damaged items due to poor packaging….I could go on and on. I decided to give Box Genie a try. They are all US based. Their service reps are awesome and very responsive. When we need expedite service they are on it. Printing has been great, turnaround times are good and they communicate if they are experiencing delays. I am very happy with the overall experience and their prices are comparable (and lower during sales) to the competition.
