GBI have been calling them and emailing… I have been calling them and emailing them in regards to my boxes and I have not received a call or email back. They advised me that my boxes which were small and only 100 boxes which is their minimum will ship within 10 days of ordering and they still have not shipped. The customer service and the customer service department is lacking and disconnected from the customer. This has been a very disappointing experience with them.

GBGreat US company! When our custom box manufacturer switched its operations overseas, we had a slew of problems…late deliveries, bad printing, bad communication, damaged items due to poor packaging….I could go on and on. I decided to give Box Genie a try. They are all US based. Their service reps are awesome and very responsive. When we need expedite service they are on it. Printing has been great, turnaround times are good and they communicate if they are experiencing delays. I am very happy with the overall experience and their prices are comparable (and lower during sales) to the competition.

GBPoor communication and customer service.… The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.

ESThey ghosted us! Had a weird experience with them. They quoted us a custom box and then we sent them a sample of our product and our current box (at our own expense) to make sure that they could match our current specs and the quality of our current box. After sending them everything, I followed up with them at least 3 times and never received a response to any of my emails. They just ghosted us!
