GBConstantly raising rates Been renting for 3 years for covered boat storage and rates have increased EVERY year to the point where it's now 28.4% higher than when we started. Now we're looking elsewhere. There have been NO improvements to facilities and there has been no justification given for the increases. The value just isn't here as there are other facilities where you can count on consistency in pricing.

GBHorrible They will jack your price every couple of months.. 8 months in they started charging $10 bucks for "insurance". this had previously never been mentioned! Con men.
