USThey're right on the ball There was a little confusion regarding our shipping. They quickly phoned to straighten it out before shipping and then shipped the item that day. We appreciated their verifying the information, many companies would have just shipped and we'd still be waiting for the merchandise.

USFirst Time Experience This was my first time using The Packaging Group ... my local supply company raised their minimum order to $500 and that doesn't work for me. The products I needed were available, came quickly and were the same (if not better) prices than I was previously paying. Email communication - order received, order sent, tracking number - was all spot on. I'm so happy I was able to find another supply company with amazing service. Thank you to The Packaging Group!!

USOrdering was easy Ordering was easy; product quality and price were great. It would have been helpful to receive shipment information when order was complete. I called TPG and was told it would be sent but never received it. Other than this snafu, I will do business with again. Prices are great.
