If I could give negative stars I would Placed the order on June 15 never received never heard anything. So I called at the end of June and they said my items were on backorder. By Mid July I still had not heard from or seen my items so I called back. Items were still on backorder and no one had ever called or emailed me to let me know anything. Very dissatisfied!

Not to be trusted Not to be trusted. Delivery did not happen and it is only when I protested that I was told that the 48" bubble wrap in question was out of stock ! ( i.e. they were not delivering in the middle of New Jersey it looked more to me.) Furthermore... the refund is still to be received.

First Time Experience This was my first time using The Packaging Group ... my local supply company raised their minimum order to $500 and that doesn't work for me. The products I needed were available, came quickly and were the same (if not better) prices than I was previously paying. Email communication - order received, order sent, tracking number - was all spot on. I'm so happy I was able to find another supply company with amazing service. Thank you to The Packaging Group!!

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy; product quality and price were great. It would have been helpful to receive shipment information when order was complete. I called TPG and was told it would be sent but never received it. Other than this snafu, I will do business with again. Prices are great.

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, price was great and the item was delivered very quickly. However when I received the item, I realized I had purchased the wrong size and immediately contacted customer service to see if it would be possible to exchange for the correct size. She told me that she would need to have the internet person call me back. But she did help me decide on a replacement that would work. The problem now is that they never called me back. I just gave the product away to someone that could use them. I chose not to repurchase the correct size since there was no return call
