GBI had a little bit of communication… I had a little bit of communication problems with people not getting back with me in a timely manner, but bottom line, I was able to return the item for a refund.

GBOrdering was easy Ordering was easy, price was great and the item was delivered very quickly. However when I received the item, I realized I had purchased the wrong size and immediately contacted customer service to see if it would be possible to exchange for the correct size. She told me that she would need to have the internet person call me back. But she did help me decide on a replacement that would work. The problem now is that they never called me back. I just gave the product away to someone that could use them. I chose not to repurchase the correct size since there was no return call

GBFirst Time Experience This was my first time using The Packaging Group ... my local supply company raised their minimum order to $500 and that doesn't work for me. The products I needed were available, came quickly and were the same (if not better) prices than I was previously paying.
