unfair fees This company charges a fee for nondelivery of goods. I made a purchase on their website, they debited my account, and were unable to deliver because the item was out of stock. This business model makes money if the item is out of stock. Out of stock items should not be listed for sale on their website. Customer shouldn't be charged for company's lack of updating their website.

The items I requested from Ikea were originally out of stock but on a sibsequent trip they were available. This service saved me hours of drive time and was easy to set up. Communications were clear and items were shipped quickly!

Thieves Thieves - do not trust them with your money. They do not ensure items are in stock before taking your money and will still charge a delivery even if your items are never back in stock. I was willing to pay a lot more for an item that I was unable to find at my ikea because the genuinely led me to believe they could obtain it. They could not and yet they still charged me.
