They’re highly responsive, always replying within a few hours of any messages (even when we say there’s no rush). This company is dedicated to providing a solid, consistent, customer-orientated service to the point they’ve gone above and beyond for us on countless occasions. I can’t recommend OPAS highly enough.

AURidiculously high shipping costs Ridiculously high shipping costs! OPAS grossly over estimate weight of items and charge you accordingly. Shipping was 3 times the price of their competitors. They refused to consolidate my package and re-weigh. In the end I had to ask them to dispose my items that I’d already paid for. Disappointed to say the least :(

ITNot the company it used to be Very high rates for shipping a pair of shoes from US to Italy. Least expensive they would have charged me 112$ for FedEx Priority. THAT'S INSANE. I've used OPAS in the past and was never asked such prices. They've literally gone mad. Parcel was also delcared for 2.4lbs, I didn't understand why the increased to 3lbs. Has it got any weight during transport? That's ridiculous. I was also unsatisfied with the service as it took them 3 days to get an estimate after my reminder and they didn't offer me an option to lower the cost shipping. They just ignore it the fact I was shipping a pair of shoes. Luckily I was able to return the item back to seller with a prepaid label. But be aware this company is not the one it used to be.

DEif you want fast, easy, or inexpensive - look elsewhere I tested several different service providers for personal shopping and mail forwarding. Two of them were total fails, OPAS is mediocre at best. Compared to my personal favorite OPAS is too slow and too expensive. Also their website is poorly designed, doesn't support intuitive workflow.
