SAUnreliable and unhelpful “customer service” I’ve used them a few times (as in a few consolidated shipments). In the beginning everything went well. Didn’t really care about timing so much, they weren’t bad so long as I felt they were reliable. Then, I started getting random packages from other customers - I had to reach out to their WhatsApp number to let them know about the mixups and it would take a while for the packages to disappear from my account. At the same time, they started losing packages that were meant for me. Even after confirming through tracking that the packages in question were delivered, they would deny and say it was never delivered and to check with the delivery provider. I lost 2-3 deliveries then decided they were too risky to use. Their customer service is horrendous and they just come back to you with stock responses - infuriating. If you are ordered bulk deliveries and don’t care if some of them are lost - sure go for it. Dont expect anything to be resolved if there are any issues. I’d avoid.

KWSimply The Best My experience over 4 years was great. Little delays during pandemic and moving to new location which expected. Variety of payment and delivery options are super. The only company offer the ability to collect and store the items in your box for 60 days. Simply the best company I ever dealt with. Thanks

KWTHE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER THE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER I ordered an item (Coil-over suspension), Delivery was over-priced and Customer support take days to respond and even then they are not helpful at all, I wanted to order (shocks suspension), but it was late by 3 MONTHS and made me pay the shipping fee then told me "we couldn't ship it, because of dangerous goods", they gave me two options either discard the item or ship it locally, I asked for a refund It's been more than a month and I didn't hear back from them until this day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

BHThank you Postshipper I love how much these guys treat me as a personal friend. They listen, help and act wonderfully. I send my package to the old address by mistake, once I informed them they sent someone to the old address to collect it and they put it in my inbox. Who would go that far to satisfy a customer?

SAI used to ship with them for almost 2… I used to ship with them for almost 2 years and was OK even though it was a bit expensive, but at least there service was professional. but lately and I regret to say they are getting worse as it takes them 2-5 days to add your items and more than one week to ship your packages and they almost never answer on all their platforms with a Very bad customer service,, . *2 stars for the old days only
