Unreliable and unhelpful “customer service” I’ve used them a few times (as in a few consolidated shipments). In the beginning everything went well. Didn’t really care about timing so much, they weren’t bad so long as I felt they were reliable. Then, I started getting random packages from other customers - I had to reach out to their WhatsApp number to let them know about the mixups and it would take a while for the packages to disappear from my account. At the same time, they started losing packages that were meant for me. Even after confirming through tracking that the packages in question were delivered, they would deny and say it was never delivered and to check with the delivery provider. I lost 2-3 deliveries then decided they were too risky to use. Their customer service is horrendous and they just come back to you with stock responses - infuriating. If you are ordered bulk deliveries and don’t care if some of them are lost - sure go for it. Dont expect anything to be resolved if there are any issues. I’d avoid.

For me Best! -I received from Amazon the item delivered 6:30 PM (Kuwait) time 6:47 PM Postshipper Email me New Packages Arrived -I accept Delay because in U.S holiday Saturday and Sunday - From Monday to Friday morning no delay at all

Simply The Best My experience over 4 years was great. Little delays during pandemic and moving to new location which expected. Variety of payment and delivery options are super. The only company offer the ability to collect and store the items in your box for 60 days. Simply the best company I ever dealt with. Thanks

Be careful Be careful ! Be aware from them , they are very bad customer service , very weak service , very long time to just prepare the packages , expect delay and uncaring for all your contacts , worst service ever , horrible ignorant . of course as shipping every body seeking for the faster and care for their shipment . Postshipper working in opposite strategy to achieve these both aims .
