SAUnreliable and unhelpful “customer service” I’ve used them a few times (as in a few consolidated shipments). In the beginning everything went well. Didn’t really care about timing so much, they weren’t bad so long as I felt they were reliable. Then, I started getting random packages from other customers - I had to reach out to their WhatsApp number to let them know about the mixups and it would take a while for the packages to disappear from my account. At the same time, they started losing packages that were meant for me. Even after confirming through tracking that the packages in question were delivered, they would deny and say it was never delivered and to check with the delivery provider. I lost 2-3 deliveries then decided they were too risky to use. Their customer service is horrendous and they just come back to you with stock responses - infuriating. If you are ordered bulk deliveries and don’t care if some of them are lost - sure go for it. Dont expect anything to be resolved if there are any issues. I’d avoid.

GBCheap but Slow Postshipper is perhaps the cheapest freight forwarding company in the US and UK. However, they are also the slowest in terms of consolidating shipments and shipping them. I have a shipment that has been ready for shipping for over 2 weeks yet they have refused to ship it. Customer service is poor, there is no way to reach them directly on phone and they never reply emails. Up until now my shipment has not been shipped. Customer service keeps sending the same messages everyday.

KWThank you Postshipper ❤️ I have been with Postshipper for more than 4 years, they had their challenges during COVID, not anymore. They are very affordable, fast and efficient. Their website is easy to use. And their app is a great advantage.

KWMy experience… I used to shop everything in my country, however since I used Postshipper and started to fond their great service and convenient app. I am predominantly buying things now from US & UK. I Find their speed and prices are very much the main drivers for me to purchase internationally.
