I hired these guys to move my wife and… I hired these guys to move my wife and 2 kids recently and they did well, except for one of the movers who mistakenly broke our medium size dressing mirror. That's not too much problem though. Other than that, they were quick, reliable and respectful! The administrators accepted to recompense us, which they did. If we need to move again, we will still get in touch with this company.

Their cheerful attitudes and work ethic was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better team, or a better experience. A retiree and I also used the company… A retiree and I also used the company to transfer my belongings from Maryland to Ohio in August 2018. The service was very good all-round. The team arrived on time and likewise did the job nicely. They were dedicated to their job. Everything worked out without problems. Delivery was done by the deadline day. My things were perfectly handled. If I need to relocate again, I believe, I will go with them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. DON'T HIRE PURPLE HEART This company contracts out to terrible carriers who are unprofessional, negligent and even criminal. We had numerous delivery times given with no shows, damaged and missing items, and the movers were kicking and throwing boxes. Many boxes were left out in the rain, we have 1/2 a bed, a missing video game console, etc. We now have to go through insurance claims to sort it all out. Purple Heart takes your money and then pretends they'll guide the whole move but basically leave you hanging. They tried to make us sign an NDA in exchange for a small discount so not to write this review. AVOID!

One way or no way! My husband and I had worked with two other moving companies prior to One way and One way seriously blew us away with their customer service, professionalism, flexibility, and timeliness. One way was super responsive via email and over the phone. They let us change our moving date with only a few days notice and worked with our schedule on a start time, considering it wasn't a normal "8am move." The team that helped us move was great - they were on time, moved quickly, and were careful with all our items. Everything was relocated to our new location in one piece - the team even reassembled all of the items with high craftsmanship. Without a doubt, I would use One way again for any future moves!
