The chairs were dragged all over until they broke, love- seat and sofa- fabric satined, torn and damaged. When I complained, they simply said "file a claim".

Dishonest Broke two items when packing into truck. Decided to take nearly 40mins longer to travel between locations when they were right behind us. When we called them they stated there was a broken down vehicle which was total BS. They thrn charged me for their break time. Wont use again, dishonest.

The better business bureau cannot help you they will do nothing for you. The company will not respond to e-mails phone calls or nothing. Be very careful with the contract, my contract stated amount was $1,973.55. and the same day of the moving they told me I need to pay another $2,000.00 more They do that because at the day of the moving the customer does not have time to change to another company. Moving made easy An extraordinary move. Efficient, professional. Every person (7 man team), played a pivotal role in securing a smooth and seamless process. There was no wasting of time. Extremely energetic, and well prepared and equipped for the job. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped and secured. Every box was carefully picked up and placed on the truck.
