Great move! The movers showed up on time and were really efficient. They took care with all my furniture and were really nice as well. Coordinating the move in advance was also really easy--the administrative team got all the insurance paperwork filed with our building without any issues. I've moved a few times in NYC and would definitely recommend this company.

They complained about an unexpected flight of stairs et some extra and started contesting the estimate although I had been told that it was a flat rate based on cubic meter and not the number of boxes or pieces. dishonest and non-professional at all dishonest and non-professional at all. Disrespectful crew. They broke many of the items. My mahogany top dinner table- damaged- cracked for their negligence. The chairs were dragged all over until they broke, love- seat and sofa- fabric satined, torn and damaged. When I complained, they simply said "file a claim".

Dishonest Broke two items when packing into truck. Decided to take nearly 40mins longer to travel between locations when they were right behind us. When we called them they stated there was a broken down vehicle which was total BS. They thrn charged me for their break time. Wont use again, dishonest.

I told them exactly what I had in my home piece for piece the size and the length and they get here and they say they don’t have room even though every item listed was in the paperwork the took a 3rd of my stuff for 2,000 really small two bedroom apartment. Don’t do it unless your rich
