I know someone who has used them with some success in the past but on the recent car they are trying to ship the price quote was $500 and they now will only ship for $700. I was still willing to give them some benefit of the doubt as mabye circumstance such as immediate shipping may affect the price. When receiving my quote, I mentioned the experience of the price increase for my friend and was immediately transferred to a manager. My question was "since I'm trying to book this in advance is the price set or is there a possibility that the driver will arrive and want more than the quote like my friends experience". I was thinking maybe because I was booking far in advance they could get a firm commitment to pick up the car at that price or something. I really don't know the industry so I didn't know if that was how it works or not. I promise that I neither argued, raised my voice, nothing. I maybe said 50 words total. I asked if booking advance would assure the price and mentioned the change in price for my friend and the person on the phone just went off on me. She sent a follow-up text after we got off the phone which I think illustrates the tone on our call. It was completely crazy. Here is the text word for word. "This is New way moving services, this is a shame how you treat people and disrespect me and my manager. I cant believe you know everything about the industry and everything we say you argue with us and making a joke. Same on you that is why we wish you will go with one of those brokers that actually behave the way you say that we do and then maybe you will regret you didnt go with someone reliable." I will reiterate that I didn't joke at all, I didn't argue, I didn't raise my voice, I didn't disrespect anyone just asked if the price might change and mentioned I had other quotes that I was trying compare against. I have maybe left 2 bad reviews in my life but I feel like I need to leave this as a warning for anyone that is thinking of using this company.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE Broker never confirm price with me. She has no contract or paperwork done with us for $600 that we've been paid. She took $200 from my CC. We've been arguing with drivers about their pay. It's doesn't right. To solve the conflict she offered to take away the vehicle and ask from us twice more on the next day Driver and dispatcher very nice people and they refused to do this. In the end of the end we've paid $400 COD to driver. So they scam us for $200 cause in contract we have $400 total DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE

Received great service Received great service and when two other companies did not follow through with our transport request, we almost gave up. New way moving made it happen and The driver was very prompt and professional. I will definitely use this service again!

None Payment My name is Angelia Nickerson me and my husband own a small trucking company, and we accepted an Order from this New Way Moving via Central Dispatch. Upon delivery of the vehicle there was an issue, they sent it over has COD, The amount of customers payment was wrong, when contacting the office me and customer talk to the rudest person, not trying to assist in any way what's so ever tried explaining the issue, "She stated she is home with her kid's what we want her to do about it" she stated how irrating these calls are etc. I finally spoke with a Ms. Rachel who assured me it was an error and that she would make sure we are paid on Monday. Smooth everything out with their customer, and today is Wednesday my number has been blocked, after another person told me Monday they would send payment after, lunch. Tuesday a Manger is working on our payment. This morning trying to follow up and my number is blocked. This is not the way to do business.

Spoke to Rosa she trying to ask for 700 more at delivery . They promised no xtra costs !! What a joke !!! Don’t use this company!!!
