USHorrible Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. USHorrible Work No Accountability To start I ordered five different box sizes. When I received my shipment some of the boxes appeared darker than others, the ink wasn’t consistent on the boxes, and many of the boxes had patchy ink jobs. I spoke to customer service and they told me that quality control department said that the job printed correct and that they would not be issuing any credits or replacements. I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that they expect for people to receive a horrible print job and not take responsibility of it.

USTerrible Customer Service Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

USBad shipment time, bad response time and definitely BAD quality. Description written 3-5 business days. I got my shipment 2 weeks later instead. My first time purchasing so I thought imma give it a try before disputing charge with my bank account. Sent an email and only got a reply a week later. The star is 1)because they replied. 2)because the shipment came. Now the quality of the boxes are VERY bad. Production is very bad! There is no way I'm sending my products with boxes looking like that. I'm not even going to bother waste my time returning and trying to get a refund. I'm just going to come to terms I just lost $40. I'm going to stick to ULine and just bought myself a stamp to stamp my own boxes myself. If you are looking for packaging, this ain't it. Spend your money elsewhere.

USWhy charge for a digital proof that we… Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.
